Disclaimer: I don't own Danny Phantom.
Halloween is a special time for ghosts of all ages. It is the one time of the year when they could haunt houses and play pranks without getting in trouble. Halloween is irresistible to all ghosts, regardless of whether or not they want to celebrate.
Danny sat in his room with the door locked, the windows closed and the ghost shield up. He was not going to go crazy. If he didn't leave his room, he wouldn't get those ghostly urges to scare others. Danny did not want to scare anyone.
"Danny, can I come in?"
It was Jazz.
"No!"
Jazz shrugged and left, turning off the ghost shield as she did so.
Danny tried to phase out of the room again. To his surprise, he got out. Part of him wanted to go back into his room and another part of him wanted to go outside, bask in the full moon and scare people to his heart's content. The ghost side won.
Danny flew outside and made himself invisible and waited for his first victim. He didn't have to wait long. A boy of about ten years approached him.
Danny made a green glow appear out of nowhere, scaring the boy. The kid ran so fast, Danny was afraid that he would fall.
Scaring that kid felt good to Danny. His ghostly emotions loved it and wanted him to scare more people.
Danny flew towards Dash's house. He made himself intangible and invited himself in. Danny found Dash in his room, watching a 'scary' movie. Danny froze the lights. Dash noticed and walked over to the light switch.
"Stupid light switch..." Dash muttered as he flicked the switch up ad down.
Danny froze the light switch.
To Dash, it seemed as though the light switch had frozen on it's own.
"Who's there?" Dash demanded in a shaky voice.
Danny saw his chance.
"Ooohhhhh" Danny responded in a creepy voice.
Dash looked around, but saw no one.
Danny picked up a white sheet and put it over himself.
"Ooohhhhh..." Danny moaned.
Dash saw this and ran.
Danny tossed the sheet away, satisfied with scaring his second Halloween victim.
Now, for Mayor Vlad.
Danny started out towards Vlad's house, completely forgetting that Vlad was a half-ghost like him.
Vlad happily gave a little girl some candy. Twenty years of experience had taught him how to prevent his own ghostly urges from surfacing on Halloween.
Vlad was about to go inside, when he heard the little girl shriek and run away.
Vlad looked in annoyance at Danny, who had appeared in front of him.
"Daniel, your foolish little Halloween pranks will not scare me."
Danny ignored Vlad and attempted to frighten him anyway.
Vlad transformed into his ghost form and told Danny to leave him alone.
Danny left, but proceeded to scare Tucker who was trick-or-treating at the time.
"Danny, don't do that!"
Danny ignored him and flew towards Sam's house.
Tucker called Sam on her cell phone and told her about Danny's Halloween madness.
When Danny showed up to scare Sam, Sam sucked him into the Fenton Thermos and didn't let him out until November first.
The next day, Danny was so tired that he slept through school.
Danny remembered nothing about the previous night, only that it was Halloween, or as the ghosts call is, All Hallows Eve.
