The Elementary,
He looked past the tree at her. Sonya was so pretty. Though everyone was getting on his back and he kept denying it, he loved her. Today had been particularity bad. They had started spouting of about their baby! He felt his face grow hot as he thought about how his baby might really look like. Would it have blue eyes and blond hair like him or would it have black curls and brown eyes like sofi's. He suddenly shook his head, getting him out of the trance. No, there baby and love was not meant to be.
He looked so shy. Mike was gorgeous, with his dazzling blue eyes and blond hair. His handsomeness even attracted fifth, seventh, and eighth grade girls. She looked down at herself, all of her family called her beautiful and she was, but Micah and her were in worlds too far apart.
Mike saw her again at recess, she was simply stunning. But once again, he remembered that she did not like him and she wanted to stop the gossip about them. He must stop wishing for things that were not to be.
Sonya saw Mike looking at her. She wondered what he was thinking. Even though it might have meant nothing, Her heart fluttered.
At recess the next day, he decided to approach her.
"Hey Sonya"
She smiled back, this was a good sign.
"How's stopping the gossip coming along."
She looked a bit hesitant but she gave her answer. "I have decided to stop trying to stop the gossip."
"Why"
" Maybe the gossip wouldn't be too bad" She shyly reached over the picnic table and took his hand. And was pleasantly surprised when he gently squeezed back.
The Wedding,
He looked into her eyes as they exchanged their vows, she was so beautiful. She had been with him all the way since elementary school. He smiled, all the other kids had been right all along.
He looked so handsome in his tuxedo. She had been waiting a long time for this. When he proposed to her, she had thought it would be the happiest day of her life. That was wrong because this very day was her happiest. She was getting married
As he looked into her eyes, Mike remembered all the great times they had together. When they went on a picnic together, when he finally met her small family of her parents and a younger brother. He even remembered when they first went skinny dipping and when they both lost their 6-card with each other. He blushed especially remembering this.
Finally the end of the vows came. They heard the priest faintly in the background, the leaned in, and the moment had finally come, they kissed.
Epilogue,
"Honey, I'm going out to Kroger, do you need anything."
"Get some more baby formula"
"Okay"
Mike could still not believe that they had s child now. It was a boy with blond hair and blue eyes. Sonya was still pregnant with another one and the ultrasound had revealed that it would be a girl. He smiled to himself, remembering when he had first wondered about what their baby would look like. He remembered how he had denied that he had loved Sonya, but now he was married to her. He chuckled to himself, they would probably they'd probably hold that against him until his grave. He relaxed in the seat of his car, life was good now.
