THIS FIC IS A ONE SHOT! ITS PRETTY DARK SO... ENJOY!
"Tohru, Tohru, oh my precious Tohru.." Blood soaked the sobbing girls clothes, though she didn't notice. She was rocking to and fro, to and fro, with her dead friend's limp head nestled against her breast. "Please, Tohru, please, wake up, wake up..."
Kyo stood over Hanajima's soaked form, perfectly silent, yet Hana could feel the grief ridden electric waves radiating from him. She couldn't bear it. "Why," she sobbed into Tohru's hair, matted with half dried and clotted blood. "Why.." Hana turned slowly towards Kyo, hate sparking from her in tiny lightning bolts. "It's YOUR fault." She spat at him. "IT'S YOUR FAULT! If you hadn't dragged her into all of this.. Its YOUR curse, she shouldn't have been part of it, she shouldn't.. And now one of YOU have killed her!"
"Akito is NOT one of us." Yuki stepped out of the shadows of the huge marbled room, trembling with hate and despair. "He never was. And now he is even less one of us." Yuki looked down at Tohru, forcing himself to watch as her crushed skull seeped blood and brain matter. "And now he has gone too, though not where Tohru has. Tohru is in a better place now.." He spoke softly, saying this to reassure himself more than Hana or Kyo,
"-And he has gone STRAIGHT to the lonely, burning mass of hell." Growled Uo, Her sword stained with a dark red liquid.
Hana stroked Tohru's caked hair with a violently trembling hand. She smiled, though it was terrifying, it wasn't natural. "Yes, yes, Tohru is rid of this world, I can feel it, and now it is we who is to suffer in her wake."
Uo gently pulled Hanajima up and embraced her tightly. "Come on, Saki, we need to go. There's nothing we can do for her now."
Hana nodded timidly, and the two friends slowly walked out of the Sohma temple holding each other, while the cat and the rat trailed slowly after them, leaving their beloved friend and hated relative dead in the place they once called home.
"You know," said Yuki to Kyo, "Momiji isn't going to be too happy about this."
Kyo scoffed. "Stupid rat." He said scornfully, and walked off ahead of him, but not before the "stupid rat" caught a silver tear slowly trickle down the cat's pale cheekbone.
