Off the Beaten Road
Prologue
Once upon a time, a few people made a wish and their wish lead to disastrous consequences. But I'm not here to tell you that story. I`m here to tell a new one…
After the incident with the giant, people just went back to their lives. Cinderella, Jack, Milky White and Little Red moved in with the Baker and his child. They ran the Bakers business with him. They did a pretty good job getting good amounts of money. They tended the witch's garden since she died.
Everything was going normal until The Baker shouted to Jack and Little Red. "Kids, do we have any blackberries?" Little Red looked and replied. "Nope, We`re all out!" "Come here then." The baker said. "I need you good to go Into the Woods and get some more."
Jack said. "But, Mr. Baker." "I know, I shouldn`t be sending you two out there. But we`re running low on sales. Just go down the road and there should be a blackberry bush. And Red you can use your knife." She nodded and swung it around.
The Baker winced. "Ok, just be careful all right!" The two nodded as they headed on their way.
Later…Jack said. "Are we there yet?" for the fifth time in a row. Little Red clearly got annoyed and pulled out her knife and said. "Say that one more time…" "What do you want me to say? Mrs. I trust everyone I meet in the woods." She glared and said. "How about you Mr. I destroyed half the kingdom just to get my dumb c-"
She stopped even she knew she took it too far. There was Silence. Jack stormed off in a different direction. Red shouted. "Jack wait!" "Why?! You gonna insult me again?!" "No, I`m sor-"
Suddenly they fell into a giant hole that seemed bottomless. They screamed before being thrown back up again. They passed out hearing. "Hey! How did these people get here in the bottomless pit?
