A/N: Just a little one-shot inspired by my carnival adventure. (even though I could only ride the ferris wheel because of being pregnant. Sad, I know.) The rides I described are just the ones that are at the carnival that comes to my town every 4th of July. The names might not be the same as other carnivals. Please enjoy!

The colorful light and smell of fried food greeted Eric and Donna as they pulled up to the carnival. It was their first time going together as a couple, seeing as they weren't dating the summer before. Donna was excited to ride the ferris wheel and get kissed at the top, while Eric wanted to prove his manlyness by winning his girlfriend the biggest prize.

The two waited in line to get their tickets to ride the rides, and then they were off. "Lets ride the Zipper!" Eric grabbed Donna's hand and lead her towards the ride with the longest line.

It was a crazy looking ride. Two people got in a cage-seat thing and then that rotated while the belt rotated while the main ride itself rotated. It took at least 15 minutes for them to finally get on the ride. When they did they had a lot of fun, and Eric almost got sick. Donna couldn't help but laugh a little.

"Can we get something to eat?" Donna was never one to ignore her hunger.

Eric bought her a corndog and a giant bag of cotton candy. And by giant, I mean HUGE! It was bigger than her head, and was made up of all sorts of colors. Eric got a bottle of water, knowing that's the only thing his stomach could handle for a little bit. The two just walked around the carnival for a while watching all the people as they ate. Well, Donna ate and Eric carried the cotton candy.

It had been a while and Donna was ready for more rides. So she drug her boyfriend over to the Sizzler. The two sat in a seat that spun around with two other seats attached to the claw and two other claws with three seats. They all spun around, barely missing each other. This one didn't upset Eric's stomach, and he was very thankful for that.

"Come on, let me go win you a stuffed animal," Eric said, putting his arm around his girlfriend. Their arms were now free from finishing all the cotton candy before they had gotten on the Sizzler.

Donna just smiled as they walked over to a game that involved shooting basketballs into the basket. Eric handed over a dollar to shoot three shots. His first one missed, but he made the second and third shots. He won a decent sized tiger for Donna, but he wanted to do better. He handed over two dollars this time for five shots. He made all five, much to Donna's surprise. She wouldn't admit it, but she was estatic that Eric had just one her a GIANT panda bear.

"This is fantastic Eric, thanks!" she beamed at him as they made their way over to the ferris wheel. It was getting late and they knew they had to be home soon.

"Anything for you," he smiled as he handed over two tickets to get on the ferris wheel.

Donna set the panda on her lap as the carnie locked them in. Eric put his arm around her as they slowly rose up into the night sky. Once they reached the top he leaned over and gave her a kiss. Right at that moment they started setting off the fireworks for the 4th of July celebration. It was all so perfect at that moment. Life made sense for just a short period of time.

A/N: So, really cheesy and fluffy right? Well, I didn't get a giant panda from my boyfriend, I got a tiny tiger. lol. And he did kiss me on top of the ferris wheel while fireworks were going off.
