'It's a fabulous day outside. The sky is a bright shade of blue, and the lake is crystal clear. The birds are chirping and everyone is outside playing. Some people are swimming in the lake, and some people are sitting by the shore or under trees having leisurely conversations with their friends. I'm walking around looking for my two best friends, Ron and Harry. I see them sitting by the lake talking to Seamus. I walk over to go talk to them. They ignore me like I'm not there. I try to yell and get their attention. It doesn't work. All of the sudden they turn around and send a spell at me to tie me up with ropes. Harry puts his wand up and is going to cast a spell at me.' As the word "Crucio" fills my ears, I wake up with a start.
'It was all a dream. I guess all of the recent death eater attacks have scared me. There have been so many. Just the thought of losing Harry or Ron, the only people I can count on, makes me want to cry. There have been so many people being killed everyday because of this stupid war. If either one of them died, I don't know what I would do!'
I reach over for the glass of water on the nightstand next to my bed to get a drink. I don't know why, but drinking the water seems to calm me down. I drained the glass, then put it on the nightstand, still thinking about all my friends.
'We've all been through some tough times this year. Harry is still trying to get over the loss of his godfather, Sirius. He still thinks its his fault Sirius was pushed into the veil. No matter how many times we tell him it's not his fault, he still thinks that it is. Ron's brother, Percy, died also. Upon finding out that Voldemort was really back for good, He quickly made up with his family. One night when he was staying late at the office, some one snuck into the Ministry of Magic and killed him. The Weasly family is still trying to get over his death.'
'However, despite all the bad things that have happened, good things have happened too. Ron's dad finally got the promotion he's been wanting, and now they make a little more money then they used to. Fred and George's business is flourishing. Many death eaters have been caught, among them Lucius Malfoy, and Bellatrix Lestrange. '
'I guess this will all end soon. Harry recently told Ron and I about the prophecy that he heard in the Department of Mysteries. About how either he or Voldemort or both of them have to die. Harry has to win. Good always triumphs over evil.'
'Yeah good always triumphs over evil,' I thought as I fell asleep.
