Starstruck
Nico's POV
"But I don't want to go," he whined. "Why can't I just stay here?"
"Your grandma Demeter is expecting us for our annual visit. We all have to go no exceptions," Hades stated coldly.
He knew it was no use to argue with his father especially when he was like this. Hades hated going to visit Grandma Demeter and it always made him even moodier than usual.
"Fine," he grumbled. He walked to his room and started to pack for their trip to California. He knew nothing interesting would happen on this trip.
Percy's POV
"Come on," Percy said, dragging Annabeth away from the paparazzi. They were seriously starting to get on his nerves.
"I thought you were the one that wanted all of the paparazzi to know about our relationship," Annabeth commented annoyed. "Seriously, why are you even agreeing to this?"
He sighed, "I have to." Percy was a famous pop star and in order for him to get a movie deal he had to date Annabeth. Kronos had told him to get more publicity if he wanted to be in the movie and suggested that a relationship with the popular model would draw attention. Percy was already good friends with Annabeth, so it had been easy to convince her to act like his girlfriend.
"Okay Percy, but just remember to do what makes you happy," she said kissing his cheek.
"I know. Are we still going on our date this Saturday." He made air quotes when he said the word date.
Annabeth laughed her grey eyes sparkling. "Of course, seaweed brain."
