Disclaimer: I do not own any of these characters, or settings…. Sadly… nor do I own this song

I thought up this story when I was listening to the song and well thinking about a different story, but then my head switched gears and I came into the bleach world and so here it goes. I've taken lyrics from Jet's song Shine On and used it to sort of formulate a story starring Orihime! YAY!!!, Anyways I hope you enjoy, and please review

"Before I go I want you to know that there will always be a light"

She wanted her friends to know that there was always hope. She of course held onto that hope as if it were her last life line…. But maybe it was because looking at the tall white endless corridors of Las Noches, hope was all that she had. The hope that her friends would come to rescue her, the hope that they wouldn't be hurt badly in the process, the hope that maybe a certain brightly haired boy might notice her.

She held on to these hopes because they were the only way she could go one with her life life.

She would never loose her hope, and she would always shine brightly.

"I will follow you 'round until you understand"

Orihime did follow him. She followed him no matter what, because that's what she had to do.

Maybe, she thought, maybe he will understand how I feel one day.

And thus Orihime followed him, to death's door and back. And now she was the one being followed, which she believed to be a good sign that he was starting to understand a bit.

"Everything will be okay, We will meet again one day"

That is what Inoue Orihime believed in more than anything. She knew that she would see her friends again. Though she had no idea when that time would be….. She hoped it was soon

"I will shine on, for everyone"

I will shine, I won't let them break me. Not as long as I know that my friends will be here. Please don't give up on me Kurosaki-kun, Tasuki-Chan , Ishida-kun, Sado-kun, Kutchki-san, Renji-kun, Ragniku-san, Toshiro…er I mean Histuyga-San….Taichio….Oh she couldn't remember what he wanted her to call him….. Ah well, She hoped to see them all very soon, but until then she would wait, and continue

Light, hope, was something that Orihime had an abundance of and that was a good thing. The stoic moon of Las Noches would make some waver, but not her. She had complete faith in her friends, and wanted to make sure that they had faith in her, that they wouldn't give up on her. Although he wasn't expected a rescue crew like that of to shine.
