Sun Princess

Sakura got out of bed and went to the baby crib. She picked up her daughter and walked to the bed. She put her baby down and put on her shoes. Her little girl crawled around and around the bed and got stuck under the covers. She started to cry. Sakura was done tying her shoes and turned around. Her daughters head was sticking out of the blankets and it looked like a head on a cloud. Sakura smirked and helped her get out of the cage she put herself in.

"Come on princess, let's go for a walk." When Sakura looked into the baby's deep blue onyx eyes a flash of a man's face came before her. The father of her child.

She shook the tears that were trying to surface, and picked up her baby. She put on her raincoat and put a raincoat on her daughter. She walked out the front door and into the rain.

The rain kept pouring down when Sakura closed the front door and walked to the edge of the porch. She took a deep breath and looked down at her child. The baby was wide eyed. She had never seen rain before. Sakura chuckled. She took her daughters hand and put it out into the rain. The baby got scared when the water touched her. It was cold. The water droplet didn't move. The baby started to cry, she thought she had killed it. Sakura coddled her baby and told it was o.k. She covered her up and rocked her back to sleep. Sakura stepped off the porch and into the rain. The baby didn't stir, nor did it care it was in the rain. It was warm and comfortable in its mother's arms.

Sakura walked past the stores, schools, and training fields. Over the bridge and to the park. The rain poured even harder, and the wind caught. Sakura headed out of the village. Sakura covered her baby some more. The baby clinched her eyes shut and squirmed a bit. The baby coughed then calmed down. The baby is the heir to the Uchiha clan, but it isn't Sasukes. It isn't a boy and he got discouraged, but at least it could produce another. Streams of water poured down Sakura's face, you couldn't tell if it was tears or just the rain. Sakura had important business to take care of. Her daughter didn't care as long as she was with her mom.
