Evie Rae started a diary when she was 8 years old. She met Sherlock a few months later. A companion piece to 'Old Friends' You do not have to read it but it would give you more context. I do not own Sherlock, Arthur-Conan Doyle does. But Evie is my OC.

AN: Hello! This is Evie's Diary starting from when she was 8 years old before she met Sherlock. It is a companion piece to my other story 'Old Friends' Please read that if you can!

I will try to update this every few days but due to upcoming exams they may not be very regular. If you have any idea for a more creative name please let me know.

Also, remember this is an eight year old girl writing in her diary, so I have written it like that including bad grammar and spelling.

I do not own Sherlock but I do own the character Evie and the storyline.

Thursday 11th May 1995

Hello! My name is Evie Rae...not sure why I'm telling you...a diary...this, but yeah! I decided to start writing a diary; I found a notepad in Amy-my sisters room. Duno how often I'll write again.
Iv always wanted to write a diary is cause it would be fun! and I might as well start something new when we get a new house. Mummy and Daddy told me we're gonna move soon, they're putting the house for sale and looking for a new one away for here...dunno why...they told me not to tell anyone for a while but safe to tell a diary that cant talk.
Uh oh...Mummy's telling me to go to sleep now...nighty night. Xx
