~Winter and Hot Choco~

It was a really cold winter afternoon, and the weather decided to be a jerk and keep everyone with their sanity snowed in for the next few days. Jen, Kat, Joan, and of course Danni, were in the living room, trying to figure out what to do.

"Can we rap?" Danni asked, followed by a loud, immediate chorus of no's that she saw coming. The Strider teen slumped back into the couch.

"We could role play!" Kat suggested. There was a long silence. "No? Okay..."

Joan thought of something to do, but had trouble over how cold it was in the house. "Um, anyone want hot chocolate, and maybe a fire?"

Jen perked up at her suggestion, and with one of her own. "That's a great idea! Danni and I can make some and you two can pick a movie for you to watch!" Everyone smiled in agreement, then Joan raised her hand. "No Joan, I don't have any Nic Cage movies, put your hand down now dear." Joan slowly did so. "Well Danni, let's look around my kitchen for the things." Danni worked at a local cafe and knew how to make some, as Gamzetta so wonderfully put it that one day, miraculous hot chocolate.

Kat looked at Joan happily. "Hey Joan, I know a great movie!"

Joan looked at her, interested. "Really, what is it?"

Kat crawled over to the special movie box, and pulled out Ghost Busters and all seasons of Princess Tutu and Invader Zim. "These will definitely get us through the snowed in time."

"Cool!"

As they sat around the living room, the fireplace lit, and hot chocolate in everyone's now warmed hands, they watched Ghost Busters. Jen and Danni, who had a whole entire food fight with the supplies while Joan and Kat either watched or talked, sat in the chair, freshly showered and cleaned. Joan and Kat snuggled up on the couch.

Joan took a sip of her hot chocolate and looked at Kat, who was sipping hers contently. Kat and Jen were sometime called Choco and Ramen, because they always go by ChocoKat and JenRamen on PesterChum. Joan thought about it and had a funny idea. She moved her head by Kat's ear and whispered, "how's the hot choco?" At this, Kat nearly choked, but thankfully she managed to stay calm. Joan giggled. "Calm down Choco, I'm only teasing." She gently kissed Kat's cheek and resumed watching the movie.

Though the two hadn't noticed, Jen and Danni saw that, and they silently recorded it on their phones. For memory's sake, Jen says.
