I'm sorry but I had to write this... I think that in the 6th movie someone mentioned that Harry saved a Weasley - again. Or was it in the books? I'm not sure anymore. So yeah, this is how this short one shot came into my mind.
Maybe he could have saved him.
Maybe there had been a way to avoid his death.
But it was too late now, Fred Weasley was dead.
George was crying. He lost his other half and he would never be the same again.
Charlie was hugging George, trying to comfort him. He stroked his back, soothing him with quiet words. The twins caused him a lot of pain but they were too lovable that he could be angry for too long.
Ginny was next to his favourite brother, Charlie. She remembered the year when they met Harry and the twins promised to send her a toilet seat.
Bill stood with Fleur, his parents and Percy together.
Molly was not better than George but Arthur was there to hold her. She wished that he would jump out of the grave and tell them that it was all a joke. A stupid prank. But this did not happen.
Percy felt guilty for not spending more time with him. He would even turn down the ministry just to see his brother again.
Bill tried to be strong but Fleur could see that it hurt him just like everyone else. She squeezed his hand, comforting him in her own ways. She may not have known them for that long but they accepted her on Bills side. And they made her smile with their little pranks.
Ron still could not believe it. It was like a nightmare and he wanted to wake up. To see that they turned his hair blue or...whatever...any prank would have been fine.
Hermione held Rons hand and did not know what to do. She was never good with feelings but she missed them as much as everyone else.
And Harry? He felt even more guilty than anyone could. He was able to save Ginny in their second year. He was able to save Bill from Greyback before he could have killed him. He saved Arthur from Nagini. He saved Ron with a Bezoar. And he saved every Weasley by killing Voldemort. But Fred was the only Weasley Harry could not save.
