Other than the gems of Azarath on her cloak Raven wears no jewelry. Her ears are not pierced, no ring on one of her fingers, not a necklace in sight. At least not one that any of the Titan's has noticed. This is why after the battle today when Raven's cloak was shredded by mutant sheep Starfire nearly went into shock.
"Why that is a most gorgeous necklace you have on, Friend!" Starfire squealed, getting closer to Raven's necklace. When she got closer to inspect she saw a ruby heart with black wings on either side.
"Geez when did you become a girl?" Questioned Beast Boy after squinting to see the necklace.
"When was I ever not one?" Raven glared at BB.
She fingered her necklace delicately, smiling inaudibly. Her friends continued relentlessly questioning her but Raven was a master at evasive maneuvers.
"I'm going to help Robin hand the sheep over the ASPCA." And with that Raven glided over to Robin's side.
"What are you smirking at, Boy Blunder?"
"Jewelry. It's an interesting conversation topic don't you think?"
"Is that why you gave this to me?" Raven questioned while feeling the necklace "Because you wanted me to be less anti-social. What's next a ring for not killing Beast Boy?"
"They aren't ready for a ring yet. You know we have to take this in small steps or else someone will have a heart attack."
And then they walked over cloaks covering their arms so they could secretly hold hands.
