The whole room was dark, the chair uncomfortable, and the restraints that held her legs and arms in place were cold. While the girl could have complained she did not, she knew the room was not made with comfort in mind, but instead it was meant to be beyond uncomfortable. It was a torture chamber, that was simply made to look sterile with sharp edges and smooth surfaces. Though it did not frighten the girl, nothing in that room frightened her, not even the young general with a calm face and curious eyes.

It was no doubt that it was her that caused the curiosity in his green eyes, and it was understandable, as she was the only thing in the room that did not belong. Dorning the Naboo fashion made her displaced in the room, as the rest of those in the room donned functional uniforms that blend into their environment. Two guards in white armour stood behind the general, standing out from the black wall, yet the smooth edges gave them a place in the general's uniform was well kept, giving him an air of authority, though of course the lack of color on the black suit was boring for her. The lack of color was all rather drab in her mind, so she looked to the bits of color that the general did have to his hair and eyes.

At the moment he had taken away his curious green eyes from her, looking to a report on a console. No doubt it was something that focused on her, as often his eyes would flicker back to her briefly. During this time she craned her neck over to him, looking at the brightness of his hair and eyes, enjoying the lovely color of each. After all there was not much else to stimulate the senses in the room. Besides, if he was to interrogate her, she might as well keep an eye on him.

"Jobal Amidala?" he said looking sharpley up to her, the movement was so quick and pointed that she almost flinched from the action. Though she kept her eye contact with him as he walked to her, eventually looming over her with his great height. He was still not able to frighten her, "That is your name, correct?"

"Yes, General-" she stopped herself not knowing his name and with her blue eyes she watched and waited for him to say his name. Which he did, with a smile that verged on cruel, waving his men away and out of the room leaving the two of them alone,

"Hux, General Hux."

"General Hux." she smiled and tilted her head, acting like the proper lady she had been taught to be on Naboo. Then she began to try to charm him once more with a smile, and a lack of fear that she was perhaps foolish for not having,"I do believe we have had a bit of a misunderstanding, a terrible misunderstanding really."

"Really?" he had begun to play the game of courtesy with her, even replicating her tone and reflecting her smile.

"Yes, I'm expected here by Kylo Ren, you see I am a historian tha-"

"Kylo Ren? He is not here." then her plan shattered, and she dropped her act of ignorance. As she shook her head, and creased her brow, she could not belive that he was not here. She thought that he had to be here, that he had received her letter that she had tried so hard to get to him. The ship being in this location had to mean that he was here. He would not abandon her like that, or give her false hope.

"Then why is the ship here?" she asked the general, meeting his eyes again looking for a lie in that arsenic green. He had to be, there was no real reason for them to be in the orbit of that planet, the only thing there was the remnants of a Jedi temple, long since ravaged of anything important to the materialist regime. The only value to the planet now was the history that remained there, there was no reason for the First Order to be there, besides for her. After all, she was the only living person there, and her droids of course.

"That is no concern of yours."

"The only reason for you to be here is to deliver me to Kylo Ren." she reasoned, and she could tell that the man was angered. Not particularly at her, but at the man who sent him to fetch her. With her clever mind she reasoned that this general had been treated like an errand boy to deliver her to Kylo. For a man of his rank it must have been rather insulting, and so she knew she had to gain the favor of the man who would be in charge of her for a number of days. So for a moment she laughed, "I had no idea he would be sending a general? I should have worn a better gown."

For a moment he seemed charmed by her, that she would dress better than she already was to meet a general catered to his ego. But it was done with such sincerity that the man seemed to believe it,

"Why are you so important?"

"I study the history of the Jedi, as well as the Sith, I just assumed that I knew something that was beneficial to the First Order." For a while General Hux simply looked at her, wondering what she could possibly know.

"You were alone on that...planet."

"And I have been for the past four months." she leaned back into the uncomfortable chair.

"Doing what?"

"There is an ancient Jedi temple that predates the annihilation of the Jedi order by thousands of years. I was documenting the architecture and art in hopes of learning for what reasons is was abandoned."

"You are very finely dressed for someone who has been rummaging through ruins."

"I do have a ship where I do have different clothes."

"Who are you."

"Jobal Amidala. As you said, my records are aboard my ship."

"I have had you ship inspected, and I know. Though I insist on knowing who you are and your purpose, I refuse to believe my ship was repurposed from fighting the rebels to fetch a girl."

Of course thought all of this she had been lying, she had kept her manner as sweet as possible as she had been taught to do on Naboo, where she had been left all those years ago by her mother and father. But her courtesy was wearing thin with this man, she was not just a girl, but he would never know that. And so she raised her head back up to the man, and smiled, focusing she then said to him,

"Take me to Kylo Ren," she commanded him, knowing he could not resist her, the force would not let him, "he will explain everything."

"I will take you to Kylo Ren, he will explain everything."

"Thank you so much General Hux." she then smiled, her blonde head tilted to the side, shaking the elaborate ornaments in her hair. Of course the red haired man was confused for a moment, but he soon regained the straight backed composed of an officer and looked down to her.

"It is for the good of the First Order, not for you." the tone of his accented voice shocked her for a moment. For a moment she was afraid of him, looking away from his green eyes she lost her smile. Then it all came back and she looked up to him,

"Of course General."
