Chapter 1: Open Your Eyes to The Next Faiz!

"Dad?! Dad where are you?!" A young child, about six or seven, cried out. The fires of the burning down laboratory surrounding him.

"Joey!" A grown man ran from the fire and embraced the boy in a hug. "Joey, listen to me. I need you to run, run far away and never come back." He handed the young boy a small briefcase, a logo saying Smart Brain on the case. "You remember your Uncle Tristan right? You need to find him, he'll protect you."

"Protect me from what?" A roar was heard from somewhere in the fire.

"That."

"Decker! Where are you?!" A monstrous voice roared out.

"Joey, you need to go." His father reached into his lab coat pocket, pulling out a small hand gun.

"I'm not gonna leave you!"

"I'll only slow you down. Trust me, you need to find your uncle. You remember you imaginary friend right?" The young boy nodded. "Everything I said about him being fake was lie, he'll also protect you, and he'll always be with you."

There was a loud crash, and two monstrous silhouettes could be seen through the fire, accompanying a human silhouette as well. "Joey, run. Now!"

The young boy looked scared for a second, before he took off running. As he was running, he heard gunshots before there was a clanking sound. The young boy stopped running, and hid behind a piece of rubble.

"Where is the belt Dr Decker?" A human voice asked, one of the two monstrous silhouettes holding the father by his neck.

"In safe hands, safer than yours will ever be." The Dr spat with hate. "If I'd knew you'd use my research for this, I would never had helped you."

"So be it." The voice sighed. "Mr X, take care of him." The monster growled, raising a sword and stabbing the scientist through the chest. The young boy watched as his father's body lit aflame with blue fire, and turned to dust. "Find….my….Gear." The voice growled to the two. "If it's with the boy, kill him." The two monstrous silhouettes nodded and was about to search, but more of the laboratory was falling apart.

"We can't search in this!" The voice of the killer said.

"We'll have to come back when the fire dies out." The other voice says.

"Fine. Come back once it's out." The voice sighed. The three silhouettes left.

The young boy was in tears. His father was killed in front of him, his home was being burned to the ground, and he had next to no chance of surviving.

'Run, Joey.' He closed his eyes to stop the tears. When he opened them, they turned into a pale grey. He gripped the briefcase in his hand and ran out the burning building.

'To think, it's been years since that day.' The now sixteen year old young man thought to himself. Ten years have passed, and as of now he's travelling on a bus to start a new chapter in his life.

The young man has dark red hair with bright green eyes and a scar going over his right eye. He's wearing a green school uniform with a white shirt and red tie. Next to his seat on the bus is a large suitcase, a backpack, as well as the small briefcase given to him all those years ago.

"Hey kid," The bus driver called out to him. "You're a freshman at Youkai Academy?" He asked.

"Um, yeah."

"Then you should mentally prepare yourself. It's a terrifying school."

'Probably not as scary as some of the things we've faced.' He thought to himself. He then jumped when he heard his cell phone ring. He pulled it out, and smiled when he saw his uncle's name. "Hello?"

"Hey Joey." His uncle said from the other side.

"Hey Uncle Tristan. What's up?"

"Just calling my favourite nephew to wish you luck at school. Also to remind you if you packed you experimental gear?"

"Of course I did, wouldn't let it out of my sight. By the way, how's Auto doing?"

"He's getting better since that fight, don't worry. Just needs a few more repairs." He assured Joey, the red head sighing in relief. "I should have him sent in a week or two."

As the two continued to talk, Joey didn't notice the bus driver smirk as they reached a tunnel. "Overall, good luck in school kiddo. Just remember, it's a school for-!" As they entered the tunnel, the communication was cut between the two.

"Hello? Uncle Tristan? Oh right, magic barrier." He put his phone away, and relaxed for the rest of the trip.

The bus pulled over near a blood red ocean. Joey got out and looked around the area. "This place looks like totally different then when we came. Gotta give props to whoever picked the location." He then saw a few buildings in the distance. "Hey driver, is that the school over there?"

"It is. But these woods can get dangerous, be careful young man." The driver warned before driving away.

Joey only shrugged and began to walk through the woods. He walked through an area of the woods that looked like a graveyard, and got spooked when a cloud of bats flew right next to him.

"Really wish I had Auto with me, this would be so much faster." He groaned.

He continued walking, but stopped when he heard the sound of something coming close. And it was coming fast.

Joey looked around in all directions, waiting for whatever was coming. 'Could they really have found me here of all places?' He gripped the briefcase closer to his body.

He was expecting an attack…..but what he didn't suspect was getting rammed into the back by a bicycle and rolling across the ground with a body on top of him.

The two opened there eyes to look at each other, and Joey held back a gasp when he saw her. She wore the same green blazer and shirt as he did, but a skirt and tights. Her most notable feature was her bright pink hair that went down her back. She also wore a choker around her neck with a Rosario dangling from it and had green eyes.

"S-sorry!" She gasps, getting up from atop Joey. "My eyes went blurry and I couldn't see where I was going." She defended herself. Joey also sat himself up, and the two stared into each other's eyes mesmerized.

The pink haired girl reached out and touched the side of his face. 'What's she doing?'

"You smell….nice. Very exotic." She said lustfully. She slowly leaned in and…..

BIT HIS NECK?!

Joey jerked back from the pinkette, holding his neck, not seeming in pain at all though. "Sorry! I was so hungry, and you just smelled so good."

"No, no it's alright. That's just something you Vampires do." Joey stood up and offered her his hand. "I'm Joey, Joey Decker." The pinkette took his hand and he pulled her up.

"I'm Moka Akashiya." They shook hands. "Wait, you can tell I'm a Vampire?"

"Well the whole biting my neck thing kinda gave it away." He smirked, making Moka blush in embarrassment.

"Not my fault you taste nice." She muttered.

After picking up all their scattered belongings, and Joey stuffing the small briefcase in his backpack, the two continued to walk towards the academy.

"Are you also going to Youkai Academy?" Moka asked Joey, trailing her bike as they walk.

"Uh, yeah. I'm a freshmen though."

"That's great! I'm a freshman too!" Moka beamed with excitement. "Um….do you…want to be friends?" She shyly asks. "I don't know many people here, and it's a bit intimidating for me."

"Oh…well…" Joey struggled to search for the right words. "You know what? Sure, why not. I know no one here either." He smiled at Moka.

"Yay!" Moka cheered, hugging Joey's arm, making his face go as red as a tomato. "Thank you Joey! I'm so relieved! But…."

"But what?"

"Well, you already know I'm a Vampire. Do you….like Vampires?"

"Well, I've never met a Vampire before. I've met something similar. But I like you so who cares?"

Moka blinked for a second, before hugging Joey's arm tighter. 'Just what other crazy things are gonna happen here?'

Joey had lost Moka after the introduction ceremony. He looked around for a bit, but got over it and headed to his homeroom class. No one really went out of their way to talk to him, which was fine by the red head. He picked a desk near the window and waited till class started.

As more and more students walked in, the homeroom teacher entered. She wore a white open shirt over an orange top and a short brown skirt. She has blonde hair, with what would seem cat ears, as well as glasses.

"Hello everyone!" She said very lively. "Welcome to Youkai Academy! I am your homeroom teacher, Shizuka Nekonome!"

Joey remained quiet as she happily addressed the class. "I am sure everyone already knows this, but this is a school for monsters!"

'That much is obvious.' Joey mentally laughed.

"As of now, the world is under the control of humans. For us monsters to survive, we have to coexist with humans!" Ms Nekonome dramatically pointed with her teaching stick.

"That brings us to rule number one!" The catty teacher continued. "All students must be in their human form unless special situations arise. Rule number two! No other students should know your true form. Understood? Everyone should follow it well!"

"Boring rules…" One student said. He had brown hair that reaches to his neck, and piercings on his face.

"You are…" Ms Nekonome looked at her list of pupil names. "Saizou Komiya, right?"

"Why don't we just eat the humans?" Saizou asked. "That's what I'd do, starting with all the cute girls."

Joey glared at Saizou, something inside him just wanting to rip him apart.

"But you shouldn't do that." Ms Nekonome warned. "Because the school's staffs and students from head to toe are monsters." A cat tail then sprung from her skirt. "We're inside a secret barrier. Any unsuspecting humans who enter, will be killed on the spot."

The door to the room then opened, which cut off the rather grim conversation. "Sorry I'm late!" A familiar voice to Joey said. "I got lost in the halls!"

"And who are you?" Ms Nekonome asked.

"I'm Moka Akashiya." As soon as she entered, every boy in the class gazed at her beauty.

"This girl is so hot, don't you think she's cute?" One of the boys gawked.

"The silky hair, the beautiful eyes…" Another added.

"That can't be a disguise." A third gasped. "She's too…..too…"

"BEAUTIFUL!" The majority of males in the class yelled out.

Moka looked around surprised by the attention she was getting. "Just take a seat anywhere Ms Akashiya." Ms Nekonome said happily. Moka began walking down the aisle looking for an empty desk. As she got closer, she noticed a familiar head of red hair.

"Joey?" She leaned in closer.

"Oh, hey Moka." Joey muttered shyly.

"It is you Joey!" Moka cheered happily. "We're in the same class, I'm so happy!" She tackled Joey into another tight hug, making the other boys in the class jealous.

After classes, Moka continued dragging through the halls of Youkai Academy. "Wow!" She smiled. "The halls are so neat and tidy."

This of course, drew the jealous attention of every other male student in the school.

"Who's this guy?"

"Who cares?"

"If he gets in the way he's screwed!"

Joey gulped as he heard all the threats aimed at him. 'Jeez, these guys are overreacting a little bit aren't they?' He mentally panicked.

The two made their way outside, taking a seat on a bench after getting drinks from a vending machine. Joey kept his backpack with him at all time for the day.

"So how are you liking Youkai Academy so far Joey?" Moka asked, taking a sip of her drink.

"Hm? Oh I'm liking it so far, it's nice here." He gulped down his can. 'That is if it wasn't for all the death glares.'

"You're Moka Akashiya, right?" The two friends looked to were the voice came from, seeing Saizou walk around a corner towards them with two other students. "Looks like I'm not the only one who thinks you're cute, right boys?" The other two nodded.

"Um, thanks." Moka said uncomfortably. "Who are you?"

"Ah, the name's Saizou. I'm one of your classmates." He said with a grin.

"Oh, nice to meet you I suppose."

"I'm sure. By the way," Saizou then lunged at Joey, grabbing him by his jacket's lapel. "What's a girl like you hanging out with a loser like him?" He gripped tighter, making Moka gasp.

"Get your hand off me, you damn dirty freak." Saizou gasped in pain when he felt in his wrist. Looking at the shorter male annoyed, he saw that Joey's green eyes turned into a pale grey colour, as well as having a malicious grin on his face.

"Come on, put me down. Or I'll show you real pain." He squeezed harder. Saizou's friends were about to intervene, but the boy gave them a look saying no. He dropped Joey, the read head moving beside Moka.

"Anyway," Saizou rubbed his wrist, and then leaned closer to Moka. "What do you say we ditch this loser and have some fun?"

"Um…" Moka backed up, not liking the way he was leering at her.

"I suggest you leave." Joey stepped in front of his friend. Pale grey eyes staring into Saizou's.

Saizou drew his fist back and punched the pillar next to Joey's head. "Say that again." He growled, his two friends backing him up.

Joey merely chuckled, and was about to fight with them, but Moka handed him his backpack, grabbed his arm and began dragging him away again. "Come on Joey, let's go look around more." Joey frowned as he was dragged, before his eyes turned green again.

Moka took Joey to the roof of the school, which she was happy was empty. "Sorry about that Moka." Joey apologised.

"For what?"

"It's not even been one day and I've made things go wrong." He leaned against the railing.

"What happened back there? You acted so different?"

"A side effect of my species. Not even I know a lot about it." He sighed.

Seeing that her chances of keeping a friend was slipping away, Moka decided to take a bold leap. "So we may have something in common."

"What do you mean?"

Moka clutched the Rosario hanging from her choker on her neck. A red gem gleaming in the middle, with what looks like an eye. "You see this? My mother made this to suppress the aggressive part of me. If it somehow came off, I'd turn into my true form."

"Why would she make it?" Joey asks.

"I don't know, she never told me but I assume it was important. What about you, how do you control yours?"

"It just comes out at times. Maybe I could ask your mother to make something similar for me?"

"Well, I don't know where she is." Moka said sadly.

"I-I am so sorry. If it's any conciliation, I never knew my mother either." Joey sighed.

Moka put a comforting hand on his shoulder. "I'm the one who brought it up, don't worry."

After a minute or two, Joey managed to put on a smile. "Wanna go for a walk in the forest, get some fresh air?" He let out a sheepish laugh. "God I'm bad at this."

Moka let out a small giggle. "I'd like that." She smiled.

The barren dark woods seemed less dreading with the two walking around together. "Joey? Why have you carried that bag around with you all day?"

"Oh, well…" Joey seemed hesitant. "Just something really important my dad gave. I cherish it since it's the last thing he gave me." Moka kept her mouth shut, feeling as though she pried open a bad can of worms. "Say Moka, you seem really eager to make friends, even if it's with someone weird like me. I would've thought hundreds would line up to be buddy-buddy with you."

Moka had a disgusted face. "If they're like that Saizou guy, then I say no thank you."

"But if it's someone like me you'd say yes?" He laughed a little.

"I like the different people." She giggled. "Um, don't you think we've wandered a little too far?" Joey looked around the area they were in.

"Yeah you're probably right. We should….GET DOWN!" Joey pushed Moka down, just as a huge boulder was hurled at them. Walking up to the pair, Saizou and his two bully friends chuckled.

"You had to go and play hero didn't you punk?" Saizou cracked his knuckles. "Now I'll have to teach you a lesson."

Joey stood up and stood in front of Moka, but Saizou's friends grabbed his arms and Saizou kneed him in the stomach. "You've made my day freak boy." He punched Joey in the face twice. He then noticed the backpack laying on the floor. "Why don't we see what little trinkets you've got?"

"Leave that alone!" Joey yelled, only for one of the bullies to back hand slap him.

Saizou smirked as he opened the bag, only to frown at what he saw. "The hell is this crap?" He only saw school supplies and the small Smart Brain briefcase. He carelessly threw the backpack down the cliff they were next to, near the tunnel where the bus stop was.

"NO!" Joey broke from the bullies' grasp, and went after the backpack.

"Joey!" Moka went after his friend, the three bullies jumping after them.

"Why don't we show you what monsters look like?" Their bodies started to bloat, shredding out of their uniform. In seconds, they turned about eight feet tall, rows of bone like spike ejecting from their bodies.

"Moka….you need to run…" Joey struggled to say as he was reaching form something in his bag.

"I can't leave you! You're my friend!" Joey out a hand on her shoulder, which then slipped down and ripped her Rosario off.

"S-sorry Moka!" Joey apologised. He and the Orcs then gasped as Moka began to glow a light purple as bats surrounded. Her body then started to morph, certain parts getting bigger, her hair turning silver and her eyes dark red. The bats flew away, revealing her true form.

'That's what a true Vampire looks like?' Joey looked at Rosario in his hands. 'It's just she said.'

"It's just like the rumours…" Saizou seemed speechless. "Those red eyes. The silver hair. A huge demonic aura! Sh-she's an S-Class monster, a Vampire?!" The other two Orcs backed up a little.

The silver haired Moka yawned and looked at the Orcs. "Are you the ones who awakened me?" She stretched her arms.

"I don't care if you're a Vampire, I'll take care of you easily!" Saizou charged at Moka, who only stood there looking bored.

Just as he was about to swing at her, she jumped over him with grace and landed behind him. She kicked him hard in the face, making a small crater where he landed. Saizou got up enraged and charged again.

"Wow, such power." Joey said in awe.

"Did you forget about us punk?" Joey turned to the other two Orc bullies. "With Saizou dealing with that bitch, we have you all to ourselves." They grinned.

Joey then grunted and grabbed his head. "No don't do this…it's our first day!"

"Aw, is the loser begging?" They laughed.

"Shut up! I'm not talking to you!" Joey took the Smart Brain briefcase from his bag. "You promise not to hurt them too badly? Fine, have some fun." His eyes turned from green to grey.

Joey stood up perfectly straight, as if none of the injuries happened to him. "You may be just Orcs, but I could do with the exercise." He grinned, opening the case. Inside is a belt, a telescope, a camera, and a phone. He attaches the telescope and camera to the side of the belt before strapping it to his waist.

"Who do you think you are freak?!" One of the Orcs growled.

"You know this body as Joey Decker, but me? I'm his monster, call me Ravage." He flicked the phone open, and pressed the 5 key three times before pressing ENTER.

STANDING BY!

He flipped the phone closed and lifted it upwards. "Henshin!" He slammed the phone down, turning it horizontally.

COMPLETE!

(Insert Justifaiz)

Red neon lines drew from the belt, wrapping around Ravage. When they finished, his body glowed bright red, blinding the two Orcs as well as Saizou and Moka.

When the light died down, Ravage was now suited in a black body suit with red lining over the legs, chest and arms. His chest has silver armour on it, with more silver on his legs, shoulders, arms and fingertips. His helmet is rounded with a yellow visor split in two, looking like a phi symbol with two small antenna and teeth like design on the bottom mouth part.

"What kind of monster is that?!" One of the Orcs cried out.

"I've never seen anything like it!" The other responded.

"I've had to explain this so many times, this isn't our monster form." He sighed.

"But anyway, come on big boys let's dance!" Ravage charged with a crazed laugh at the two Orcs. One of them charged as well. The Orc swung his fist down, making some rocks fly up. Ravage dodged by front flipping off the Orc's arm, landing behind him. The Orc turned around, only for Ravage to throw wild punch after wild punch.

He delivered a strong kick and then kneed him up the chin, making him stumble back. Ravage heard the other Orc yelling, and turned around in time to catch the Orc's fists, showing his true strength.

"You Orcs aren't the smartest bunch are ya?" Ravage chuckled. He threw the Orc's fists to the side and assaulted him with more punches. He then grabbed the Orc's loose hair and threw him to the other one. "Oh come on now, where's all that big man talk you were chatting earlier?" He chuckled.

Ravage then removed the phone from his belt, flipped it open, and bent it so it looked like a gun. He entered 555 into the phone and pressed ENTER.

READY!

He pointed the phone at one of the Orcs, red photon energy glowing on the barrel. He pulled the trigger, blasting a red laser blast at the Orc.

EXCEED CHARGE!

The blast hit the Orc, making him hit the side of the cliff. A red holographic phi symbol appearing before he fell unconscious.

"I'll make you pay for that!" The other Orc ran back to try finish Ravage. He only huffed and slotted the phone back into the belt. He then reached for the camera as well as the Mission Memory on the front of the phone.

He slid the Mission Memory on top of the camera, making a small handle fall down.

READY!

He gripped the handle in his right hand, opened the phone, and pressed the ENTER button.

EXCEED CHARGE!

Red Photon Blood flowed from the belt to the camera, making the front glow. Ravage charged at the Orc, the two coming closer. The Orc swung his fist first, barely scarping the helmet as Ravage ducks under, and punches the Orc in the stomach. The Orc let out a pained groan as a red holographic phi symbol before he passed out.

Seeing that they were no longer a threat. Ravage took the Mission Memory from the camera and put it back in the phone. "How's the dame doing?"

He looked to where Moka and Saizou were still fighting, and chuckled as he ran to join in. Saizou went to swing his claw at the silver haired Moka, but Ravage leaped on the Orc's arm and double kicked his face. When landing on the ground, he shoulder charged the Orc and then uppercut him into the scarecrow near the tunnel.

"Most impressive." She smirked. "And what kind of monster are you?"

"This isn't our monster form." Ravage deadpanned. "But if you must know," He stood up prideful. "When looking like this we are known as Kamen Rider Faiz." He flicked his wrist dramatically.

"We?" Moka asked intrigued.

"Oh? I would've thought you'd know about two personalities of all monsters here. Joey is the human side of us while I, Ravage, am the monstrous personality. I'm guessing it's the same for you? Since you're nothing like the cheery pinkette."

"Indeed. If anything you can call me Inner-Moka." Inner-Moka said.

Ravage and Inner-Moka looked back to Saizou as he roared. "I don't care if you a Vampire bitch or some armoured freak, I'll kill you both!"

"You're really starting to tick me off." Ravage growled. He unclipped the telescope on the right side of his belt, and slotted in the Mission Memory, making it extend slightly.

READY!

He bent down and attached the telescope onto the brace on his right leg. "Shall we finish him, Inner-Moka?"

"He dared to lay his hands on me, he deserves this." She glares at the Orc.

Ravage laughed at this version of Moka. "I'm starting to like you!" Ravage opened the Faiz Phone, pressed the ENTER button, and closed it.

EXCEED CHARGE!

Photon Blood flowed from the belt to the telescope on his leg. Ravage kicked his leg forward, firing a small red pew-pew. The red pew-pew hit Saizou dead in the chest, making a big red energy cone and stopping the Orc in his tracks.

Ravage leaned over, resting his arm on his knee before the Vampire and the Rider jumped up in a kick stance.

Ravage's kick connect first, but instead of hitting him he went through the energy cone, making Saizou groan before he came out the other side.

"Know you place!" Inner-Moka yelled, the kick hitting the Orc and driving him into the cliff and knocking him out.

(End song)

"Woo! That was fun!" Ravage laughed. "Hey Vamps, why don't we go a few rounds? You VS me." He jumped around on the spot excitedly.

"Maybe another time. But you are an interesting one Joey Decker, or Ravage, Faiz?"

"You'll be able to tell the difference. Anyway, with that outta the way, I might as well let my bro take over. Till we meet again, Inner-Moka." The red lines and the yellow visor dimmed its light, showing Joey was in control.

Joey looked down at his hands, and then to the three unconscious Orcs. "Oh God dammit Ravage, I told you not to hurt them too badly!"

'I didn't hurt them too badly, I merely gave them a taste of what Exceeded Photon Blood feels like.' Ravage chuckled in Joey's mind.

"I can tell you're not human," Inner-Moka spoke up, making Joey look at her. "But your species seems new to me. What are you?"

"It's, kinda personal." Joey answered, taking the Faiz Phone out of the belt and pressing END. The armour flashed and disappeared.

"Very well." Inner-Moka then put her hand out. "My Rosario." Joey looked all over the ground, before seeing it lying next to his backpack. He quickly retrieved it and gave it back to Inner-Moka. "Be sure to look after my outer self while I sleep, I can't be out all the time." With one swift movement, she attached the Rosario to her necklace. In a flash of light, she became the pink haired Moka. She was unconscious and fell into Joey's arms.

"Moka? You alright? Moka wake up." Her eyes fluttered open. "Thank goodness yo-"

"Joey! You're okay!" Moka tackled him into another hug. "I saw the fight, what was that form you used?"

"That's….called Faiz. A special kind of armour that Ravage and I can use that was made by my dad when he worked for a company called Smart Brain. There are multiple belts like it, but only my species of monsters can use them."

"Joey, what species of monster are you?"

Joey gained a saddened looked, gripping the Faiz Phone tight. 'Tell her, I feel as though she can be trusted.' Ravaged assured him.

"Moka, have you ever heard of an Orphnoch?"

In Smart Brain HQ, many worked hard on computers, training soldiers, or designing their next products.

Above them all in the CEO office, stood a man in his 30s-40s wearing a business suit. He has brown hair and blue eyes, and a boasting smirk as he watches his workers.

"Mr Ark! Mr Ark!" A voice said outside his office door knocking on it furiously. The now named Mr Ark sighed and moved to his desk and pressed a button, opening the door.

Bursting in came a young man in a lab coat wearing glasses. He has black hair with a white streak and rubber gloves.

"This better be worth my time Dr Blight." Mr Ark said, taking a seat at his desk.

"It certainly is Mr Ark. Our Smart Brain Global Satellites' tracking system has found it! We finally found the Faiz Gear System!" Dr Blight excitedly said.

"Really?" Mr Ark asked intrigued. "Good work doctor, you've exceeded my expectations. You've done much better than Dr Decker ever did. Where is it?"

"Our satellites have shown that the gear and the boy are located at Youkai Academy. A school for monsters that many of the human world know nothing about." The doctor informed. "But that's not the only good news we have sir."

"Hm? What else is there to inform me of good doctor?"

"We've finished them! The belts are complete and we have four ready to go!" Dr Blight smiled.

"Wait, you mean?" Mr Ark stood up.

"Yes! The Riotroopers are ready for deployment!"
