Lazarus and the other Writers stood together around a large, round table. On the table, standing in the very middle, was a figurine that represented the one who they had chosen to succeed where Aizen had failed:

Aldrich, Founder of the New Way of Hueco Mundo.

The Writers began to place more figurines around Aldrich. First came his Council–Ashmaw, Rabbit, and Evadre. More began to be placed beside them: Volki, Rabier, Amosis, Lucious, Urmaz, and many, many more. So it was a surprise when Lazarus placed a new figurine into the cluster on the table, one whose incarnate was confirmed dead in the first timeline.

Saraid.

Following her was Jirai Gumo, and then Mylgor, and then others who had perished already. When Talos gave Lazarus a look of confusion, the Writer told him, "This time, they will survive under his banner."

Once a large crowd of figurines that were recognizable to most was placed out on the large table, the Writers started adding their own figurines, ones carved carefully with their own hands. Many of the already placed ones were of the hands of Talos, and so now, it was time or the others to add some of their own. Several had been shown to Lazarus before, and had been deemed worthy creations by him:

A Hollow who clutched to memories tighter than to life itself, clad in lavender wrappings.

A blonde arrancar, with whisker-like markings on his face, who grinned like a fox.

An arrancar who hates talking, and views life through a nihilistic lens.

A Vasto Lorde with the visage of a dragon, more than worthy of being called King.

A Vasto wrought from machinery, fighting to protect those close to him.

A boy with no name, killed in the alleyways of London and turned Hollow.

A Hollow given the nickname of "Crying Heart," trying to regain humanity.

An old Vasto Lorde who had existed since long before Baraggan ever did.

An eccentric Adjucha with a vendetta against a certain group of Soul Reapers.

Finally, Lazarus brought forth one last figurine to stand beside that of Aldrich. This figurine was very unique indeed, for gasps came from many of the Writers as it was put directly next to the Founder of the New Way. None had foreseen it, but it startled everyone present.

The figurine was of Yuzu Kurosaki, draped in a seer's robes and cloak, the Hogyoku clutched in one of her hands.

A/N: This is an AU timeline of Bleach, so keep that in mind. Also, in this universe, several characters from other stories are present, and I don't really know all of them entirely well. Just remember that if they're slightly OOC, then it's me either forgetting or tailoring it to fit the story. This is my first attempt at such a story, so please don't hate or flame it!
