So, with a group of friends I have started playing random games every Saturday night. Recently, we played YuGiOh on duelingnetwork. It was fun and brought back a lot of childhood memories.
While I was watching a battle, one of my friends sacrificed Mammoth Graveyard to summon a higher level monster. Naturally, I had to enter the chat and write a eulogy for Mammoth. That is how this happened.
Disclaimer: I do not own YuGiOh!
In Memory of Mammoth Graveyard
His sacrifice was for the best of causes and he will be missed...
He always had wanted a family.
How he dreamed of little mammoths running through the graveyards in the back of the family plot.
A wife to hold and to love.
But, alas, his dream could never be...
For, as a Mammoth of the Graveyard, he was a rare breed that I am not sure could reproduce...
Science could probably explain that if our dear friend was still here to be tested on...But he is not!
Mammoth!
You remain in all our hearts. Your comrades, your teammates, you family!
That is what we were, a family. And even in your absence we remember you.
Of all the sacrifices that will be made in the field of merciless battle, yours is the one we will always remember.
With your massive size and decent stats, you are remembered as the most important of your time.
Your teammates now continue to battle in your honor, and your honor alone! ... Also for the pride of victory, that's a plus too.
Victory is kind of the reason we had to sacrifice you.
Even now, a worthy sacrifice is needed for the war to rage on in favor of the ones you fought beside!
But, you are not there to provide it... because you have already been sacrificed once.
And it was a worthy sacrifice!
Like no other before, yet, exactly serving the same purpose as any other sacrifice...
But yours was the best!
Forever, we remember you... Sleep easy sweet beast.
You are in the graveyard now, watching over all others that have fallen with you. Protect them, friend.
Protect the graveyard!
Thank you all for coming to pay your respects to our dear Mammoth Graveyard. He would have appreciated your support.
