"A Love Forbidden"
The sun rises
and the sun sets.
The moon waxes
and the moon wanes.
The stars are born
and the stars may die.
Our love is forged
and our love is eternal.
A love which is hidden
A love forbidden
For our two souls
are one.
Just as a Jedi is one with the force,
just as a queen is one with her people.
Our love will never be broken,
it will remain.
With a kiss
our fate is sealed,
forever in eternity
shall our love live on.
Author's Note: After seeing Episode II I was simply blown away. No words could describe the love between Anakin and Padmè, so I decided to compose a poem.
