'Why'd you have to go, Fred?' George Weasley asked his late brother in his head.

It'd been three months after his twin had been killed in the Battle of Hogwarts, yet he hadn't improved at all in the 'get over Fred' area.

It was like George lost his other half, his soul mate. Fred and he were best friends, they did everything together. He knew the rest of his family was worried about him, but George didn't care.

George Weasley never left his room anymore. He only ate when his mum brought up food for him. And when she did bring up his food, she didn't give him a knife...ever. The whole Weasley family knew what George would do with it. So did George.

"I have to." George mumbled to himself. "I can't live without you, Fred." George summoned a piece of parchment and a quill. He wrote to his family. George realized if he didn't do this, he'd go mad. Mum and Dad would probably put him in Saint Mungo's. George then apparated to the highest cliff he could find.

"We weren't meant to be alone in this world, me and you, Fred. We have to find each other in the next one. I miss you too much to go on living in a shell, Fred. Mum and Dad, they thought they understood. So did Ron, Bill, Charlie, Ginny, and even Percy, Fred. But they don't. We're soul mates. They don't know what it's like to lose a soul mate, their partner. I do, Fred. I know you do, too. We lost each other, but we're about to find each other again. I'll meet you on the flip side, mate. I love you." He talked into the wind, tears streaming down his face.

With that, George took his last step forward. "Fred." Was the last word George Weasley ever spoke.

A.N- Okay, that's the first time I've ever tried writing a Fred and George fanfiction. Along with an Angsty/Suicide one. Constructive Critism is always welcome, just don't go too hard on me! :P xx Sam
