"Lloyd? You... are called 'Lloyd?'"
A time thirteen years ago seemed to flood into his mind and as if it was this very moment she smiled at him kindly. It was just him, her, and his newly born son.
In the summer many years ago, she held on to her child, closely, tightly in her arms. Forever seemed to pass through her light brown eyes.
He stood by her side, looking down on the two he loved the most.
She was holding her baby boy, letting the baby hold on to her index finger with his small little hands as she smiled further.
"...Uh, Yeah. You should state your own name before asking someone else's."
A time further into the deep past replaced his image of his late family. He breathed in lightly, and felt the necklace that hung around his neck hidden under his clothes move from the intake of air, as he remembered the time he first met her. She had acted almost the same way as he, this boy named 'Lloyd' did.
"Yes. My name is Anna. Yours?"
"I'm Kratos," he offered his name.
It was than that he received his first smile from her. A smile he could never forget, especially now and with how much he once loved her.
That day, if he hadn't already come to take her for what her exsphere could of done to bring the two worlds back to one, he just might of saved her instead to save that smile he found himself later falling more deeply in love with, even now ...deep in his locked away heart.
