Surprise?
So yeah, been out of the game for forever. For those who do not know who I am, my fanfic name is Jason Kreuger Myers and I created a story...called Total Alternate Island.
And suddenly, when I was writing the sequal out of nowhere.
I stopped.
*Takes a breath*
Let me lay out what had happened.
1. I had finished college around that time and wanted to figure my life out...and thus? I decided to join the Navy.
2. When I was rejected at first, I admit it. I had a mental breakdown and I ran away from home for 2 months. I lost over 6000 dollars spending it in hotels and motels being so crushed that despite my degree I was going nowhere fast.
3. I had lost faith in TD itself, seeing my characters getting maimed, my idols Winter Rae and Kobold leaving the site, going to a fucking DAYCARE...it ate away at me even MORE.
4. My depolyments are happenstance and wanted to focus on my career and make money, I'm sorry I disappointed everyone since TDAWT is likely a dead fic but all I can say is I'm sorry.
Been lurking on the edges for so long, cause I was ashamed and saw a new concept that is all the rage and REALLY curious about.
Random Fics.
Where you take a group of randomized campers and place them into the canon seasons, see what you get.
And it got to me thinking, thanks to Fangren the originator of this concept, what if I once again do a TD season fic but this time? With RANDOMIZED campers including the OC'S of BOTH my fics?
What do you say anyone who still wants to see this old dog and husk of a fanfic writer make another fic see if he still has it?
