James Adams was running down the corridor to Bruce's room. He turned a corner and ran right in to Bethany Parker. James was in a very good mood today. He got straight As and is in his younger sisters good books after he helped her with Spanish homework. As he started to fall he caught himself and helped Bethany up quickly. "Sorry Beth" James said. What the hell had James Adams just called Bethany Parker, his arch enemy 'Beth' what the hell was happening. Bethany gasped and walked away. James walked away and was confused. He got to Bruce's room and walked straight in. "Hey Bruce can I ta-What the hell" James shouted. Bruce was snogging Kerry roughly against the wall with just his boxer shorts and a t-shirt on . And Kerry with the same. " James sorry I forgo you were coming" Bruce said. Kerry ran to the bathroom door, picked up her shorts and left. As she walked passed James she winked and mouthed 'my room in two hours'. James was confused but when Kerry left the room he acted like it never happened. " So Bruce you up for a kick about with Kyle, Michael and the twins?" James asked. Bruce looked pretty happy. "Yeah alright which pitch." Bruce asked. "If you're ready in five minutes I can walk down with you" James offered. "Yeah sure" Bruce replied. James sat on Bruce's bed while Bruce walked over to his wardrobe. "S***, I have no t-shirts or jerseys to wear!" Bruce said. "What's wron with the one you have on you?" James asked. "It stinks, like worse than you when you get out of bed. Bruce said. Just as Bruce said this James quickly got the smell of sweat and BO. "What that one?" James asked as he walked over to the wardrobe and pointed at a scrunched up ball of clothing in one of the drawers. "Remember the present Kyle got me for Christmas last year" Bruce said. James remembered that last year Christamas morning Kyle gave Bruce a West Ham Jersey with 'Brucey boy' number ten on the back knowing that Bruce supported Arsenal. James looked around the room and noticed an Arsenal Jersey on the floor beside the bed. He ran over and picked it up it was relitivly clean. "Here put this on" James said as he tossed the jersey across the room. Bruce nodded thanks. He had put on his tracksuit bottoms and socks on while he was talking to James and had a hoodie on the floor ready to be put on. He put on the t-shirt then the hoodie. "Are we on the AstroTurf or grass?" Bruce asked. As he opened the door and left his room with James beside him. "AstroTurf because the grass pitches are being used by red shirts" James said. "Cool" Bruce said. There was and awkward silence for a few seconds until James spoke. "Bruce don't tell anyone but when I was running up the your room I ran into Bethany and I helped her up and called her Beth" James told Bruce. "I'd say you weren't thinking straight and it just slipped out" Bruce said. " That happened to me as well actually. I was walking by Zara Asker and I said 'morning top woman" Bruce added. They both started laughing for a while and then just talked crap about Chelsea til they got to the rest of the boys on the AstroTurf. Half way through the match James took a brake and walked over the the water fountain. He looked up at the main building and saw Bethany through a window staring at him smiling. When she noticed he was looking at her she turned around and ran away. Now James was seriously confused. When he got back to the pitch he wasn't concentrating on the game and got a whack of a ball in the face. Ten minutes later James had worked it all out in his head: he had feelings for Bethany Parker
