Description: Paula is a demon and a maid of the Midford household. Despite that, Paula has no love for them. The only exception being her young mistress, Elizabeth.

1.) In the past, Paula can be tricked or captured by one of the Midfords and was bind into being an eternal servant of the family
2.) It can be a forgotten secret, and Elizabeth can offer to free her
3.) Elizabeth can either be a reincarnation of a human Paula was fond of, or that Elizabeth reminds her of her old contractee.
4.) I know that in the Victorian Era, cousins marrying is common (Ew!). But Elizabeth and Ciel, maybe they can be married in name only, but nothing romantic. Just platonic.
5.) You can add the Unnamed Lady from the Kuroshitsuji OVA, Welcome to the Phantomhive's if you want
6.) You can add the characters from the second season, like Alois, if you want
7.) You can follow the manga if you want. Including the part involving Ciel's twin
8.) Crossovers are optional
