Another shadow...
It was getting more and more tedious to kill these things.
The influx of this darkness had started after the incidents, but we had solved that mystery.
Now however I was seeing more and more, weird things were happening after midnight.
Tonight I saw someone else fighting the same battle I had been fighting for a year.
'Persona?' I whispered when she had finished her swordplay.
'Huh?!' She swung round elegantly tossing her red hair behind her shoulder and simultaneously sheathing her weapon.
'How do you...?How do you know about persona?'
Before I could reply another two shadows appeared at the end of the street.
She gave me a questioning glance and then took off towards them.
I followed at a pace and summoned my persona before I even got to the shadows. She fought elegantly and I fought as I had for two years.
The battle was over swiftly, she turned to face me and gave me a look as if to size me up.
All of a sudden she gave a devilishly sideways grin, 'Fancy playing double tonight?'
I stood with one hand in my pocket and nodded curtly.
A scream broke out not a second after our exchange and her grin turned to a frown as she swung her head towards the disturbance.
'Yukari?' 'Chie?' We exclaimed in unison.
Promptly and together we headed out towards the encroaching shadows.
