It's what's running through Izzie's mind when she sees Alex just after he broke up with Ava/Rebecca.

JUST
It is so small
I don't know how I notice it
Such an insignificant thing
But it stands out like the world
It's so light
That I could brush it away with a fingertip
To a stranger
It would mean nothing at all
But to me
It's like my heart it breaking over and over again
It makes everything move so slowly
Like a DVD in rewind
It moves oh so slowly
And it seems like it will never go away
How could something so tiny
Imprint in my memory so heavily
It hurts to see such a sight
But I can't seem to look away
And that's when it falls
It will never be seen again
But then after all
It is just salt and water
It is just a tear.
