Don't own Naruto

Naruto views himself rather differently than everyone else. Who is right and who is wrong?
To the outside world Naruto is considered one of the happiest persons around. Annoying but so happy that it's instantly contagious and drives most people he meets who don't know about his past, and even some that do, to become his friends.
To Narutos friends he is one of the strongest persons they know. Not physically but mentally. They know the pain he goes through, the hatred he receives and most of them can see through the fake smiles and carefree acting but that only makes them see the true smiles and happiness even more and it still amazes them that he is capable of true happiness.
To Narutos precious people, Iruka, Kakashi, Sasuke and Sakura, he is the most caring person they know. He cheers for the weak once, helps those in need and usually puts other people's needs in front of his own.
Naruto doesn't consider himself any of those things. He constantly puts on a happy act to make people around him feel better. He puts so much energy into it that he rarely notices when he is truly happy or just acting. He struggles so hard to make people happy and to help them in every way that he can that sometimes he feels like he is going to lose his sanity. And although Naruto does care about people the reason he puts other people needs and happiness in front of his own is not because he cares so much about them but because he is desperately hoping that by doing so he could make them accept him. To ease his own pain.
To Naruto he is tormented, weak and selfishly seeking approval.
I'm definitely not saying Naruto is tormented, weak and selfish.. I just think everyone has at the very least one quality that they think is bad in some way but other people see as a strength or a good quality. Some people just tend to think way to little of themselves.
