I wanted to write an angst poem. This was stuck in my head sometime, and I knew I needed to post it. Seto is in there, but I haven't decided who was narrating. I don't own yugioh, don't sue.
I Remember
I remember. I remember how cold it was that day.
I remember how soft and inviting the snow looked that day.
I remember how the snow flakes stung my face as I ran.
As I ran, as I ran, as I ran.
I remember. I remember you standing there, I remember your face.
I remember the voice, and the blade. Oh! How swiftly it came!
I remember how the blood stained the perfect pure snow.
I remember the laugh, the cry, the scream.
I remember your warning, and how it came too late.
I remember the snow, and how soft it felt.
I remember the warmth before the cold.
I remember you standing there, I remember your face.
I remember those pools of crystal blue.
I remember, because I was there.
I remember the tears, but was it yours or mine?
I remember the darkness, and the cold.
And I knew it wasn't the snow.
I remember, because I died that day.
