17 years ago The most powerful man in the world returned, at the same time another entity came to be. Born in blood, living through blood, and finally reborn in blood. He was reborn at the hands of the only person turned by that monster, so what will he do when he is brought into a time when war is on the brink and he is the center of it all?

1. Background

Hey, this is a poor substitute for a lack of any word of update for a year, but this is a reboot of the story. Some things will be changed from the first version and the second, but the overall story will stay the same, just the way that it happens will be a little bit different. So without further ado, the rewrite begins.

The global assault from Millennium was a great tragedy for every nation, but after an extensive battle against the crumbling army Hellsing managed to reign in the panicking masses. On that day several losses were had, but the greatest was the loss of secrecy about the existence of vampires. With the people of the world in hysteria over the existence of the most terrifying myth, only one organization was able to reign in even a menial peace: Hellsing. After this global catastrophe, the surviving members, Sir Integra Fairbrook Wingates Hellsing, Seras Victoria, and the few mercanaries that stayed, had to consult with the world leaders and instruct them how to act. This included many debates over etiquette, but in the end the brash actions of Integra won. Over the next thirty years the world slowly began to settle down as countries were practically rebuilt, crimes were reduced, and several other small things were settled, but there was a new problem that had arisen from this new structure.

This new issue was, of course, the two zealot groups, one that wished to eradicate all vampires, of which was already nearly impossible, and those who wished to become vampires and practically worshiped them. These two groups came to light after the dust had settled from the war and went on to become grand standing debate groups, rising above all other topics. This segregation amongst the people of the world grew and grew until finally there was an uprising; a street war between the people occurred. This war was a revolution and continued for years in the underground before it came to light, the parties fighting in the day and forming chaos across the world. As this war continued, those who supported vampires began to affiliate with small remnants of what was left of Millennium, and amongst their ranks were the freaks, artificially created vampires. Gradually those known as the New Order began to win against the Purists until an external force stepped in. Finally restructured and revitalized Hellsing came back into the spotlight fifteen years after what was known as the Darkest Night. They stepped into the light of the world stage and settled the battle. Troops crossed the globe as they broke down the parties and dismantled the New Order, and as a globalized law the support of Freaks or an affiliation was outlawed.

Of course amongst all of this chaos the natural vampires continued to grow in their ranks and formed a third faction amongst the shadows known as the Family of the True Fang. This group wished for the eradication of both humans and freaks, but being made up of only normal vampires they were far fewer in numbers, and as such they were unable to make any move before Hellsing returned. They fell back into the shadows, gathering their forces as they waited for the right time to strike. Their time would never come as the new Hellsing Order was created. The order allowed for the Hellsing organization to spread across the globe, presenting a base upon every continent and allowing for its members to hold the same rank as any high ranking officer. After five years the plan was completed, and over the next ten years the world settled, silent grudges held amongst all parties but a tense peace was accepted.

This brings us to London in the year 2030, the year that the Dark King returned to the world, living once again. After this grand reunion a massive wave of new vampires arose as they noticed the change as their king returned, but not as a sign of respect but of challenge. More instances of vampire activity broke out, and as part of this, a large sleeper cell organization of Millennium placed a final stand in America. To battle this Integra, Seras, Walter, and Alucard traveled across the sea and to America to battle the small army. Without an issue they dispatched of the last wind of trouble, but they were unable to leave. Due to open boarders America had become a vampire hotspot, more so than even Europe. So, the new headquarters was created and they have based themselves in America, but there were still major attacks all across the globe from powerful vampires, freak or not, who wished to battle the great and mighty Alucard. As ordered he was sent to these outbreaks and dealt with the vampires in question. For seventeen years this same way of life continued before something happened that would shake the foundations of the vampire world and change everything forever.
