AN – A lovely drabble that I had to write based off a prompt on tumblr. Hope you like it...

And by the way, just in case you did not notice, I know that her name is officially Tatia but I mean seriously, the produces publically announced that it would be Charlotte and then they change it at the last minute...? Talk about awkward... Yeah, I'm having denial issues, big time. LOL – I much rather Charlotte to be perfectly honest.

But I am attempting to warm-up to the idea with this.

As per always, hope you enjoy it :) xx

"Remember her laugh?" Klaus asked as he reminisced on the days that he wished that he could relive over and over again, a small smile formed on his lips without him knowing, it was the inevitable chain reaction that he got whenever he thought of her.

"Who could forget it?" asked Elijah, he silently agreed with his brother, the pair of them were staring off into space, replaying old memories, neither of them noticing the other presence of another being.

The trio of them had all shared quite good times as friends and then drama followed as they both fell head over heels in love with her, at the same time.

Niklaus and Elijah, for the moment had agreed on mutual ground, after all, they both wanted the same thing and to achieve it, they needed each other.

Standing up across the room, leaning against the doorframe stood a familiar person to the original family.

The two brothers did not exchange any more words.

She had not been here long after blasting away those two witches that had set her free, this was the first place that she had come.

It reeked of the two of them.

"You could hear it… Again." Said Tatia as she walked into view, there was a sharp intake of breath from both males and to be completely honest, she was kind of surprised that the pair of them didn't notice her until she spoke up.

After all, one was a hybrid, a mixture of werewolf and vampire and the other was an original vampire.

"You…" Klaus began but whatever else he was meant to say died on his lips, there was nothing else that he could say as his eyes widened, almost bulging out of his eye sockets.

It wasn't possible.

It wasn't probable.

No.

A million thoughts raced through Nik's mind at once, although there was quite a dramatic failure as his brain failed to register what was happening.

If that was due to shock or denial, he was not sure.

Elijah did not say anything as he took in the situation, carefully regarding her with his eyes.

She had appeared to not change at all but looks were deceiving, he had discovered that one too many times already.

"I came back; hiding this long was too much pain. I missed you." She said gently as she made her way closer to the two gentlemen, just like old times.

"Me or Niklaus?" asked Elijah, the sound of the question was much more bitter than he had originally intended as the venom dropped with his words. He wasn't sure how he felt at this moment except for the fact that it was all quite bloody ironic and coincidental.

"Don't lie, Tatia." Growled Niklaus, there was still the underlying tension that would never cease to fade between the three of them.

There was a wedge driven between them now, time had made things different or so the brothers thought.

However, it seemed that despite the amount of time had passed, the allure of the Petrova would always remain the same.

"I missed you, both." Tatia admitted.

AN – And to conclude... Review? x
