They say love makes you blind, but I don't agree. I'm not blind, I see everything he is, and I love him.

He's a prat, a stupid prat. He has a mean streak bigger than all of London. He can make a grown man cry and his threats make people shiver. He's been mean to my friends my whole time at Hogwarts and sneaky to his own, but I love him.

He walks with an arrogant stride, so utterly and completely sure of himself. He thinks he's better than every breathing soul around him, but I love him.

He greases down his beautiful blonde hair, making him look like a cross between a rat and a loan shark. His eyes have a cold cruel glint in them, and his red lips are always drawn into a smirk, but I love him.

His grades are constantly under par, all but Potions class of course. He cheats frequently on exams and he gives phony excuses to get out of classes, but I love him.

He expects me to be there whenever he calls. He expects me to talk to him every second he's with me. He doesn't like it when I talk to other boys, and he hates it when I hang out with them. He thinks that I'm his, but I love him.

He does all these things yet I love him so profusely, so unbelievably much.

Although his awful streak is there, his wonderful side shows too, though not often. He's working on being nice to my friends, and occasionally he says kind things to random people.

His arrogance has an air of insecurity. No one knows but me, and it becomes clearer everyday.

When he doesn't glob his hair with grease, it's shaggy and unkempt. A strand of hair in the back sticks up stubbornly and gives him a boyish quality. His beautiful icy eyes reflect pain, but also a love for me, and I love that.

Grades were always considered to be of little importance in the Malfoy Household. While Lucius made sure that Malfoy kept up with his work, it wasn't a priority. In his father's way of thinking, grades wouldn't matter when Voldemort takes over. But he was just now beginning to try his hardest, and I loved it when he gave in and asked me for help.

He gets immensely jealous of boys that I hang out with. He's learned to live with Harry and Ron, but he has a long way to go.

He may be unkind, arrogant, overly confident, and possessive, but I love him.

I'm working on him and I love him.

They say love makes you blind, but I think it just makes you stubborn.
