Don't let them know that you are here, if you make them feel unwelcome they will leave like always.
"Huh, what happened last night?"
Hiccup lifted his head slowly.
"Hey sleepy head, time to wake up, the island won't explore its self. Also, you fell off Toothless in that storm last night, which is why your head hurt. You really should be more careful. Me and Stormfly won't always be here to save you."
Hiccup stared at Astrid. "It wasn't my fault that the storm came on like that."
Of course it isn't, it's Starsongs fault. And it was one of her better ones at that, made to not hurt you.
"Anyway, we should get going. Long day ahead of us."
Ok, time to make my exit. Here Starsong, by the aspen.
A shrill scream came from the west, akin to a nightfury.
"What was that?"
Shit, now I'm in for it.
A small girl bounded from behind a large rock. She dove of the nearby cliff onto the back of what looked like a white nightfury.
The girls cry rang throughout the air as she asked her dragon to fly to the east, away from the island of Berk.
Hiccup mused aloud, "That voice is so strange, almost like it's musical. We have to go after her."
The pair jumped on their dragons' backs, but they couldn't keep up with the strange girl. They would have to mount a search party to find her again. They flew back home, to make a report.
"That was close Star, we might have to lay low for a while. Even if that means no trading."
It can't be that bad. The trader isn't going to be here for another moon, at the least. Our names will be clear by then, promise.
"If you say so. Just to make sure, we should sleep on the hatching island. The village riders haven't found it yet."
The dragon and its rider flew off, landing only when they got to a secluded island, full of young dragons.
