"So…Zelenka, is it?"

Radek looked up from his console at the young scientist addressing him. "Oh, yes. And you are new cybernetic tech, yes?" Had she been covertly glancing at him a few moments before? He was sure he felt eyes on him…

She smiled, in a way that somehow unnerved Radek. "Yes, I am. So…I was wondering if you would show me around."

Radek was sure he saw her eye twitch, but couldn't be sure. Maybe it was a medical thing. "Yes, I would be happy to show you the rest of labs. Of course, now I am very busy. Maybe later?"

"It's a date!" Her eyes widened in unsuppressed glee.

Radek forced down a shudder and turned back to his laptop.

Dr. Weir's Office:

"Are you sure this is what you want? You've barely got here five hours ago."

"I'm positive, Dr. Weir. I just don't think I can cut it here. I mean, no, I just can't."

"Are you sure you don't want to give it a few days?"

"I'm positive." Her face was unerringly passive.

"Alright, you can leave with the Daedalus tomorrow morning. I'm sorry you came all this way for nothing."

"Oh, I wouldn't say that."

Dr. Weir just raised a curious brow, but didn't say anything. The young cybernetics expert turned on her heel and when she was out of sight, a slightly manic grin spread across her features.

Once she got back to her quarters she picked up the one thing she had in her rather large suitcase and caressed it. She placed the photograph over her heart and whispered, "Oh my sweet Radek, we'll be together soon…"

-

Lab:

"So I saw the new cyber tech chatting you up earlier."

"Oh, it is you McKay. I thought it was that woman coming for tour. She creeps me out, and I cannot shake feeling I have met her before."

"She has that weird twitch. I noticed it when she was talking to you."

"Her eyes are like wild dog…with mental instability."

-

Later:

"Oh, there you are Radek. I'm a bit lost, I was hoping you could show me where my quarters are at."

Gah! "Oh, hi. Where did you come from? I did not hear you come in."

"Oh I have a quiet walk." Her eye twitched.

Radek emitted a choked snort. "I see…er, maybe soldiers show you. I have much work to do. Doctor McKay is very impatient man."

"I was hoping you would, those soldiers give me the creeps." Her eye twitched, as if to emphasis the point. "It's 509 A."

"Well, I suppose I could take you there quickly and come back. But I must go quickly…"

"Of course."

-

"Well, here is room, I will go."

"Don't you want to come in?" She palmed the door open and stepped in.

Radek took a forward step to decline, but something caught his eye. A photograph. And suddenly it all came hurtling back into his mind, Cassandra! He was America three years ago delivering an educational seminar at a university and it was all he could do to avoid his stalker, the young girl who followed him and had finally cornered him and snapped his picture. "Cassandra?" Radek's eyes widened.

"You remember!" She fingered the contents of her pocket.

And just as Radek was backing out she grabbed him and before he could react or shout out she had injected him with a sedative. He slowly fell to the floor, she glanced around, and pulled him into her room.

Caldwell hailed Dr. Weir from the Daedalus, "This is Caldwell, we have a problem."

"What is it."

"We were beaming up some baggage, and we found life signs in one of the cases."

"Life signs? As in, animals?" Some of the Atlantis personnel were awfully fond of the little furry lizards found on the mainland.

"Not exactly, we found Doctor Zelenka."
