Secret
Tears swell in my eyes,
It is no surprise.
My heart was broken yet again.
To and fro I'm rocking,
Softly to myself I'm talking,
My sorrows aren't there, I pretend.
I put on a smile
When all the while
The tears still fall inside.
But I mustn't forget
And later regret,
My sister mustn't know I've cried.
