"PERCY! STOP THAT!" I shouted, laughing, as Percy tickled me.

"NEVER!" Percy yelled back, tickling me.

We fell in the sand, I rolled over and landed on top of him. "Not so tough now?" I said, narrowing my eyes. He laughed and grabbed my shoulders and flipped me over. He stood up and ran down the beach. I ran after him, the shores of camp half-blood blurring under me. He ran into the water, and I knew now there was nothing I could do. "NO FAIR!" I yelled after him, and raced after him.

I started to splash him, knowing any second he could call his powers and soak me, but he wouldn't we were both in jeans and Camp Half Blood shirts.

Percy and I walked into the Mess hall, soaking wet. Faces turned and stared, I recognized a mischievous smile from Jennifer, my friend from the Athena cabin. She was always thinking the worst, well the dirtiest. Beside her was a girl I didn't recognize. She had short, jagged hair, the color of dark chocolate. Her eyes were bright blue, like clear water, similar to Percy's. She was gorgeous. I hope Percy didn't see her. Too late Percy saw her. He smiled at Jennifer, and the girl. We continued walking.

Jenn ran up to us, "So what were you to doing?" Jenn grinned. But not a regular grin, more like those grins you get from old men, trying to steal you away.

Percy noticed her look, "Not that! Why would we do that in the water? Gods, No!"

Jenn laughed. "This is Danielle. She is the new Athena member."

I smiled, "Welcome." Danielle smiled, but there was something in her eyes, a glint of malice? I knew I should watch out for her. She was not interested in friendship with me. She was interested with friendship with Percy, maybe more. I hope not.

After dinner, still sopping wet I might add. I scuffled into my cabin. I got a new pair of jeans and a new tank top. After I finished getting dressed I decided to put on a little of make up, you can never be to careful.

So sorry it is really short L sorry. Did you like it?
