Through the Looking Glass
Written for the prompt : Leverage, Sophie, she stares at herself in the mirror and she doesn't recognise a thing
She's been Sophie Deveraux for a long time or at least so it feels. Nathan doesn't know her as anything else for all Sterling calls her Catherine. Nate knows there are aliases and more, layers and layers of subterfuge but he believes that Sophie is nearer to the truth than the rest.
She's not sure he's right any more. She used to know . . . or at least she thinks she did . . . she used to know who she really was, underneath the layers of deception.
Now she looks in the mirror and she just sees Sophie Deveraux. There's something depressing about the realization that even you don't know what's the truth anymore.
