"Are you enjoying Philadelphia, Elizabeth?" asked Will.

Occupied in her thoughts, Elizabeth hadn't heard him. What is a cheesesteak? A steak topped with- "Elizabeth?"

"What? Oh, sorry I was just thinking…" she replied, rather embarrassed.

"I asked how you like Philly…"

"Oh! It's wonderful, Will!"

Will had decided to take her here for her birthday present, but he had also decided it was here where he would pop THE question.

"Yes, I agree. I have one more surprise." Will said with a mischievous smile.

Elizabeth suspected something, "Mr. Turner, what is it that you're planning?"

Will only replied innocently, "Oh, nothing really…"

"Somehow, I doubt that." she said with a coldness in her tone.

"Oww! Elizabeth, could you remove that knife from my heart?" wearing a look of mock hurt, only to start chuckling.

"William Turn-aahhh" she screeched, "put me DOWN!!"

Will had swept her off of her feet and had proceeded to swing her around. "Alright!" he put her down, "Don't get so upset." Added a still giggling Will. "Now hurry, or we'll be late!"

"Late for what?" Her eyes that pleaded were too irresistible.

"The local football team, the Philadelphia Eagles, are having a football game tonight and I got tickets."

"Oh my goodness, my first American football game! Thank you, Will." With a swift kiss they arrived at Lincoln Financial Field, found their seats and watched the game.

At halftime, Will and Elizabeth stood. "Follow me." Will whispered, his heart pounding. They reached their destination and Will got down on one knee. Elizabeth saw what was happening and her jaw dropped. "Elizabeth Swann, will you marry me?" echoed form the jumbo-tron. A beautiful ring sparkled, a beautiful woman cried and accepted. CONGRATS TO WILL TURNER AND HIS NEW FIANNCE!!! Flashed across the screen as the happiest and most embarrassed woman in the world kissed her husband-to-be.
