Hello everyone, I'm back and better than ever! This is my new fixation, PreCure does Hunger Games! This is just the opening skit, but bare with for more! :D I'm feeling pretty confidant with this one... :) anyways, Enjoy!
Disclaimer: No, I do not own Pretty Cure. If I did... Well, let's just say that Smile would be very, very different... Mwa ha ha haa!
And I don't own the Hunger Games either... because I have to resort to fanfiction... :)
Blossom Everdeen woke slowly, stretching her fingers out to the other side of the bed. It was cold, instead of the usual warmth that radiated from her sister. Inori must have climbed in with their mother. The rough canvas of the sheets scratched at her back as she propped herself up on her elbows and surveyed the room. It was sparsely decorated, with a table and three chairs, and a fireplace in desperate need of dusting. On the other side of the room, was an identical bed, if not for the occupants. Her mother was still asleep, stretched out on her side, and Inori had clambered in next to her, and curled up in her arms. Blossom sorely wished she has a way of preserving that moment. She had passed them on the way to the door. Searching for her beloved leather boots, Blossom had turned the left side of the room on its head, while being careful not to wake anyone up. She finally found her boots, where she left them, and hopped around to fit her feet inside them. It had been muddy and wet the day before, and it had taken its toll on the worn footwear. Blossom grappled with the right boot for a couple of minutes, before it finally gave in. She spied a little lump of cheese on the table, with Inori's neat little italics spelling out her name upon the wrapper. Touched by this sweet gesture from her baby sister, Blossom's eyes began to well up, obstructing her vision. Making a motion to gab the cheese off the otherwise empty table, she missed and the force from her hand sent her crashing into it instead.
"Argh! Oof!" cried out Blossom as she flew over the wooden object, her bright pink plait streaming out behind her and landing in a pile on top of her head. The 16 year old girl blinked in surprise when she found herself nose to nose with the aforementioned cheese. Her mother and sister blasted out of bed when they heard this almighty crash.
"Blossom, what is going on?" groaned her mother. "…Have you sat on the table?"
She got no reply, for her eldest daughter was already out the door.
The 16 year old was hurriedly stuffing her bright pink hair into her cap as she strolled down the street. Once the last of the lengthy plait was hidden from view, she quickened her pace. The place where she lived, the Seam, was a dank and miserable place. The rest of District 12 was just the same. The Seam was filled with misshapen structures, which barely passed as houses. Nothing grew much in the Seam; the ground was too coarse and dry. The trees had long grown warped and withered, dead branches hung over the pathways. Blossom was used to this miserable scene; none of it bothered her by now. There was nobody around today, so there was nobody to spot the slim figure slip under the wire fence, and away into the woods.
Well, I gave up the style of Suzanne Collins, and wrote in what should be my own... heh heh heh...
Anyways, the next part stars Cure Berry as Gale, and Cure Melody as Madge (The Mayor's Daughter). If you want to know more about character placing, or even if you want to help with them, just write me a note! ;)
Finally, I love any reviews! Praise, criticism, flame; you name it, I love it! ;)
