Although it was the last to be posted this was actually the first villain of the villain series I wrote of

There as of late is little in my head save for finding the hero and killing him dead.
Flee maiden flee maiden flee maiden run, I find chasing you down will sure be quite fun.
Obstacles won't stop me and no one against me will stand ensuring my master's rising and ruling the land.
