Percy POV

It was a good thing that Percy never planned to far ahead in his life, he didn't think he and Annabeth were going to make it out of this war alive. While in Tartarus Gaia had tormented his dreams numerous times, every time it was the same thing.

Flashback:

" Annabeth… Annabeth!" I looked desperately around for her on the war field, the

Gods were off fighting to my right, and the seven of the prophecy were to my left.

The doors of death had been sealed and Leo had been locked inside (and sorry to all Leo fans, I promise and escape). I couldn't find her anywhere, and then I heard a blood-curdling scream that sent shivers down my spine, hesitantly I looked behind me and on the top of a mountain range Gaia had a bloody knife in her hand and an evil smile dominated her face. All around the metal clashing of swords silenced, I spared a second look around and saw all participants' enemies and allies had stopped to look at the commotion. When Annabeth and I had walked out of Tartarus we had been startled when told that Gaia had set a time for attacking and that her army was waiting on the other side of the mountain. The Gods were yet to flash in but I knew that the ancient laws forbid them from interfering unless a titan fought.

"10:00am, apparently she is a late riser" I tried lamely to lighten the mood.

"Gods, why am I stuck with such a seaweed brain" Annabeth stated other exaggeratedly; I touched my hand to my heart in mock hurt.

"Percy, the monster army is moving it's 9:30", Jason yelled from outside the tent.

"Alright I'll be there in a second" helping Annabeth up we suited up with armor and weapons, and headed outside. A sight that I will never forget awaited me. The person leading the army was…..
