A/N: I do not own Naruto

Hmm ... I think this is my first Sai/Saku fanfic but considering the fact that I write so much on this thing with so many different pairings I'm not entirely sure -sweat drops- oh well!

Today would have been considered a good day for Sakura had it not been for the fact that she was trying to do the impossible. That's right, she was attempting her luck in paint. Sai made it seem so easy but every time she would run one of brushes along the canvas it would turn out looking like a kindergarten masterpeice. After the fifth try, she gave up with a furstrated sigh, throwing the paint brush to Sai's carpet.

"Kuso ... I'll have to clean that up later."

Just then, Sai came around the corner and colied his arms around her toned abdomen. He smiled slightly when he noticed her entire front spotted with paint and sporting a smock. He knew she was upset about not being able to paint but decided to ask anyway. "Doka shita-no?"

"Nan-demo nai yo!"

"Honto-ni?"

"Well ... I want to learn how to paint ..." She picked the paint brush up off the floor and began to tap the canvas in thought. "Demo ... it never comes out as pretty as your's ..."

Sai raised a brow at this. He always thought his paintings were rather emotionless and boring but still, it made him feel good to know someone liked them. "Genki dase-yo. If it means so much ... I'll show you." The artisted whispered gently with his infamous smile and cupped his hand over hers as he sat down, sharing the stool with her. He led her hand over the canvas, going slowly in all different directions.

Sakura watched with amazement at the way Sai painted. Each stroke was percise and soft but her's on the other hand was jagged and quick. "He must have been doing this for a long time ..." She thought to herself and flushed when Sai rested his head on her right shoulder as they continued to paint whatever it was they were trying to create. "Sai ..."

"Hm?"

"What are we painting? Trees? I wanted to create a masterpeice!"

Sai smiled fakely this time. "Wait, Sakura." This girl was deffinately dense when it came down to art. Didn't she know that a masterpeice can be whatever you make it to be?

Sakura sighed and continued letting Sai controll her movements. She honestly didn't have a clue as to why they were painting ... trees but she enjoyed the contact with him. This would be their first time painting together.

After some time the art began to make more and more sense when Sai suddenly switched from his earlier colors and added short strokes of pink. They were Sakura trees with blue skies and ... were those genins playing soccer? "Sai, it's so pretty!"

Sai released her hand and stretched his arms out after making the finishing touches. It took a few hours but it was deffinately worth it. "Do you like it?"

"I love it ..."

"See, you can do it." The raven leaned his head over her shoulder and kissed her blushing cheek which only caused it to deepen.

"Can we do this more?"

"Atarimae-desho."

OWARI

It was fluffy -blows fluff- but I didn't want to make it too fluffy. I mean come on, this is Sai we are talking about and plus the scene didn't require much 'fluffanism' since the painting was kawaii enough!

Ooo fluffanism I made a new word!

Anyhell, here are translations:

A/N : & sorry about all the Japanese I'm just so excited about my language book that I bought called "Making Out In Japanese" that I had to use it some where! This book is really cool especially for teens that don't want to sound so ... lame and uptight with the desu and desu ka at the end and all that other stuff.
