With the years memories go bad.
Sketchy ones Sesshomaru had,
But those that rang clear
The times he held dear
Were precious moments spent with Dad.

Her child sobbed into her palms
So she asked, "Dear, what's wrong?"
Much to her guile
Kagome smiled
Glad to speak to her mom.

A glance to Shippo or Rin
And you'll fall victim to a grin.
It's a warming affect
You've just got to protect
Such is the joy of children.

Finally freed, kissed her
Weeping how he missed her.
Kohaku cried
But Sango replied,
"I'm proud to be your sister."

Tweaking hands his ears covered.
Inuyasha snarled to the other,
"You can be such a jerk!"
Sesshomaru just smirked,
"Only because I'm your brother."

A/N: Of course the "InuYasha" series is abound with siblings, but are there any aunts, uncles, cousins, or living fathers? Nooo!
And I apologize for not using Kagome's grandpa, but there's no grandmother counterbalance.
