Her devotion to him was obvious. She had looked up to him, ever since he had taken her in, and they had become Boukengers together. And over time, the respect grew into a crush.
She always wondered if he could tell. She wouldn't let it show, but she always knew it would be hard unless she smiled more. Sakura was not a person who smiled much, only smiling when something was highly amusing. The complete opposite of Satoru, who was relaxed and fun-loving.
The only person who knew about her crush was Natsuki, who Sakura was happy to have someone to talk about the boys with, but was being surprisingly quiet about her secret.
She often thought that he could never love her back, because he only saw her as a teammate. She was elated when he complimented her on her natural smile. Maybe, just maybe someday, she'd be able to tell him how she really felt. Until then, she would hope that no one noticed.
