The Dark Room

"Captain, I have the reports for-". Chakotay dropped the reports and looked around the room. Then he saw the Captain, she was in some sort of flux. "Kathryn", he said while kneeling towards her. He touched her and suddenly they both vanished of the ship.

"Oh, my head", Chakotay said. He looked around him. He didn't see a thing. "Kathryn, where are you?" "I am here", someone said. Chakotay followed the voice until he hit something. "Au!" "Sorry", Chakotay said.

After a while Chakotay heard someone opening a door. "Get her", the shadow said. They picked Kathryn up and took her outside and shut the door again where Chakotay was left behind in the dark.

When hours had passed, Chakotay heard someone scream. He knew that was Kathryn. The screaming stopped and the door opened. Because there was light, he saw they had hurt her, whoever they were. "Next time we want answers or else..." the figure said and shut the door again. Chakotay walked towards her and held her in his arms. "Kathryn, did they hurt you a lot?" "Yes", she said with pain. "Kathryn, maybe this isn't the right time but will you marry me?" Chakotay asked. Kathryn smiled at him and whispered softly yes. After a couple of days Voyager had found them and beamed them aboard, were they saw them holding each other in their arms; the very same day they died.
