Pairing: Avoni (female Dunmer Dragonborn and Ulfric Stormcloak

Prompt: "The Dragonborn, who has just obtained the Jagged Crown from Korvanjund with her Imperial comrades, is having second thoughts about where her allegiance lies." From SkyrimKinkmeme

Warning: possible spoilers, sex and possible racism.

Avoni stare at the crown, for the live of her she couldn't see what a stupid old crown could do to help the Imperials- true fully she thought this little mission was nothing but a waste of time and talent of the Imperials.

Letting out a sigh the Dunmer tucked the crown into her rug-sack, careful of of the jagged shards that made up the crown and being careful not to wreck it-though it was chipped and cracked in multiple places already.

"Who would want something like this on there head anyways?" she thought out loud after attaching the rug sack firmly onto her horse. "It'd more likely cut into the idiots skull if anything..." swinging up onto the dark brown horse she left the campsite she made for the night and pulled the horse into a lazy walk.

Avoni wasn't looking forward to returning to Solitude. The city was beautiful and the people were nice enough but the fact that General Tullius was there made her blood boil. When she first decided to join them, it was because they stood for what was right, everyone should be aloud in Skyrim. For someone of her blood to be able to walk the streets and lands and not be called a Thalmor spy or 'Grey skinned' dog.

Of coarse...

Things changed.

Things changed when she decided to do a little digging and researching of her own into one General Tullius-Namely, she spied on him. Being part of The Dark Brotherhood and the Thieves Guild gave her time and experience to be confident in being undetected when doing so.

When she first meant Tullius, she was about to have her head chopped off. Why? for walking into an ambush. Second time she meant him? He didn't even realized who she was and then offered an apology that was dry and completely showed that he didn't care.

Avoni could live with that, really. To him she was nothing more but a nameless soldier and by all rights she was-but when she spied on him, she felt what ever loyalty she had drain from her.

General Tullius showed very little interest in other races, not to mention his reason for fighting was nothing more then a fact that he was working with the Thalmor (secretively of coarse). Avoni hated the Thalmor, it was because of them and there self-centered little ideals of superiority above all other races that people like her were hated.

Rikke didn't seem to know, but then Avoni thought she should have been the general, not Tullius for Rikke was trying to keep the Thalmor out of Skyrim. The two of them, were not on the same page and there opinions differed greatly.

Avoni stopped her horse with a small tug on the rope, she would not be going back to solitude. This mission proved she could not rely on the legion, whatever respect and loyalty she had for Rikke was gone (seeing how it was her who wanted the damned Crown). Biting her lip, she turned her horse around.
