So I am going to start writing a bunch of one shots that I randomly think of. So here is the first one.
"Juubantai Taicho Hitsugaya Toshiro" Hitsugaya stated.
"Haha no way you are a captain. You're nothing but a little kid. Stop messing around or you might get into trouble when the real captain arrives."
"Hitoshi, I don't think you should be talking like that in front of the captain"
"Urusai Rin, you honestly think this chibi is a real captain. Stop kidding yourself."
"Yeah, Hitoshi is right. Stop messing with us you little brat. Where is the real captain. I heard he was a really serious and strong and that he has an ice-type zanpakuto"
Hitsugaya's insides were boiling. Ever time he gets new recruits no body ever takes him seriously.
Damn these idiots well they will learn soon enough. Where is Matsumoto when I need her?
"I guess you guys won't listen to words. I will just leave you to your thoughts until_" He was cut of midsentence. "Where are you going kid?"
Hitsugaya sighed. Why was he the only adult here? Hitsugaya let his reiatsu slip out a bit and the temperature dropped immediately.
"Hey what was that? Why did it get so cold all of the sudden?" The new recruits mumbled.
Hitsugaya shunpoed out of the Juubantai Barracks. He could not handle those idiots for another minute otherwise they would all end up frozen solid and the soutaicho would scold him for it.
"Oh Hitsugaya taicho" Ukitake came over.
"Ukitake? What is it?" Hitsugaya replied in slight annoyance.
"How are the new recruits? But anyway here is some candy to relieve you of your stress. A growing boy needs to relax and enjoy sweets." Ukitake stated while pulling out several bags of candy out of nowhere.
Hitsugaya sighed. Why was he the only adult in all of soul society?

"Shiro-chan, I didn't know you liked sweets. I will start buying loads from now on. You should have told me a long time ago. " Hinamori popped out of nowhere moments after Ukitake left.
"Hinamori matte. I don't like sweets" Hitsugaya started but Hinamori was already gone.

Hitsugaya finally returned to his office after disposing of the sweets Ukitake had given him. The ruckus of the new recruits had died down as they were all drooling over their new fukutaicho. Hitsugaya was drinking his tea and starting on his paperwork again when his office door opened.
"Whitey-chan. More candy, more…!" Yachiru popped up.
She was already done with all the sweets he had given her that was from Ukitake. It had only been a few minutes. Yachiru was beyond crazy.
XxXxXx The next day
"Matsumoto! Where have you been. Well that doesn't matter go and handle the new recruits otherwise your sake stash under my desk is all going down the drain!"
"Taicho, your so mean. I already calmed them down yesterday."
"Well take care of them again or I will freeze you to your desk until all this pile of paperwork is done" Hitsugaya stated angrily.

"Fukutaicho san, give me hug and I will make sure we be quiet for that stupid kid of a captain for a whole week. Your chest is so beautiful." Exclaimed a drunken new recruit.
"Growl Haineko!" Matsumoto roared.
Sorry if it doesn't make sense. I tried to make it as funny as I can but so far I am no good. Hopefully I will get better. Please tell me if this is even the slightest funny. Thanks
