When he said thank you it was as if her world shattered.
(He was at least five continents on her planet)
Her world was small:
A mother
A father
A teacher (Kakashi)
A best friend (Ino)
Naruto (she's not quite sure where he fits yet, but he's definitely included)
Sasuke
She told him about her world everyday.
(Even though she wasn't sure he was listening)

When she smiled and cried His heart broke – again
(And the little boy inside began to try and find the pieces – again)
His heart was not big:

But it could still break.
(He would never see her again, so she would never know his heart had broken, and he could keep on pretending it never happened)
So when she saw him again, she spoke of her world
And when he heard about her world (Yes, he had been listening),he ignored it and went on pretending.
(Because he had not found all the pieces of the heart she had broken and it had shrunk, and there was not room anymore.)
Then again Sasuke was lost in a world of lies and saying there was no room for Sakura,
probably meant she occupied every part of him.
