Once Upon A Dream

The corridors were dark, there was no other sound than her breath. A breath only she could feel or hear, to them she was gone. She walked in silence, with no sound. Tears slid down her cheeks, she had never felt more alone than she did now, but there was nothing she could do about it, just… walk.
Everything had happened so fast, too fast… life, pain, darkness, then waking up again, to nothing. Noting but loneliness, they had forgotten her.
She had called for help, for him to see her. To tell him what she'd never managed, that she had loved him for so long. But he didn't hear, neither see. To him she was air, like all the rest.
A sound made her look up, at him. He had stopped walking, he could see her? How could he see her, she was gone. Not more than forgotten!
He had to look trough her, at someone else. It couldn't be her, so she'd looked behind her, finding no one. There was nothing than an empty hall…
"Janet?"
That voice, speaking her name? She looked back at him, stunned. Tears was still dropping, loneliness turned to complete disorientation. He could see her, but how?
It didn't matter, not now. Her silent cry turned to a rather saddened gasp, taking her arms around her self to calm down. Didn't work, all nothing but loneliness, she didn't exist… anymore. Then, a gentle touch of two strong arms were placed around her, made her look up again. He could do that, touch her?
It then hit her, what was happening was all his dream. She had reached him, trough his mind. He haven't forgotten her, to him she was still a part of his heart.
"I love you…" she whispered between broken cries. Then four words, "I love you too" whispered back into her ear during their embrace. She smiled, for the first time in ages.
No other words were needed. She knew that he'd realize that it was all a dream, but also…
Daniel knew that Janet real, no matter what!
