I found myself in a new, unfamiliar territory filled with many strange faces. Where am I? How did I get here? After speaking with a few friendly faces, I discovered that this is Lumbridge. As I started to learn a bit more I began to realize I was not the only new adventurer here. I used my trusty map to start exploring this new territory. I found myself at Fred the Farmer's house and decided to help him shear some sheep. Even with his directions, I found myself unsure of how to go about completing this task. Luckily, I bumped into a more seasoned adventurer named Hoops3. We struck up a conversation and she offered to be my guide since I am so obviously a novice. With her experience and expertise, she showed me where to find the sheep, how to get over the fence, and how to shear the black sheep twenty times. Once this labor intensive task was complete, I didn't know what to do with all of this wool. My newfound friend helped me find my way to the beautiful Lumbridge Castle where there is a spinning wheel on the second floor. At this point, I needed to start spinning the mound of black wool I had sheared. I must admit, I was quite cumbersome at first since I had never used a spinning wheel before. It took some time, but once I got the hang of it my pace picked up. When I was finished, I knew I had to return to the farm to give the wool to Fred. But how would I get there? I tend to be a bit directionally challenged, so even with my map I wasn't sure which direction to walk. I was very thankful to Hoops3 for once again taking time away from her own adventures to lead me in the right direction. I gave the wool to Fred and completed my task with a much better understanding of Lumbridge. Now it's time for me to go off on my own individual adventures!
