"Kaylyn!" I almost cringed at the loud voice of my brother Josh. He'd gotten his voice from my mother. She'd been loud and hyper. Josh was a lot like her. I missed her more than anything. "Kaylyn are you ready?" I sighed. I looked at my reflection in the mirror. I wore a black skirt that was ripped at the ends; it reached my knees. I wore black flats that were strong enough to protect my feet but flexible enough to let me move. I wore a black shirt that wrapped aroung my body; my shoulders remained bare and my curly black hair hung down around them. My eye's I inherited from my father they shown with the mako that had been passed down to me and were bright red. The only problem with the reflection staring back at me was I was missing my arm. I'd been using an automated arm for years now. But I'd broke the last one training with Keisha.

"I can't believe we have to leave so early!" He yelled as he stormed into my room. I smiled down at him and patted his head.

"I'm sorry," I said in my calm low voice. My mother had always told me I was a female version of my father. I slung my bag over my shoulder and made my way down stairs to my father; Vincent Valentine. I swear he hadn't changed at all, not that I remember.

"Dad!" Josh yelled running ahead of me. My dad turned and smiled slightly at Josh.

"Ready to go?" He asked I nodded and begain following him out until he stoped abruptly. "Kay?" He asked without turning around.

"Yeah Dad?"

"Where's your coat?" I smiled and sighed. I grabbed my Red leather jacket off the side table and we continued out.
