Morning -6:45 AM

An adult Compsognathus began its day the same as any other, walking out of its shelter and into the vast conifer forest to look for food. It walked around until spotting a mammal, which seemed to have not noticed it as it was preoccupied with cracking an egg from an abandoned nest open. The Compsognathus then took the opportunity of the easy meal, seeking up and pouncing. After the Compsognathus had its fill, it then continued on to a river adjacent to its territory to drink.

Midday - 12:33 PM

At the river, a herd of Iguanodon had gathered on the opposite side to drink as well. The Compsognathus knew better than to attack a Iguanodon herd, as even one Iguanodon was impossible to be preyed on for a dinosaur its size, not including the fact that there was only one Compsognathus; and besides, it had already eaten not to long ago. It kept its distance as it began to drink from the river. Suddenly, the herd went into a panic, all running towards the Compsognathus. It managed to get out of the way in time, and looked toward the cries of anguish to see the cause of the herd's panic. An adult Neovenator had lunged out of the foliage, taking the heard by suprise and attacked the herd, and was currently feasting on it's prize. A loud roar towards the compsognathus was enough to drive it away from the Neovenators' meal.

Evening - 7:05 PM

On the way back to its shelter, the Compsognathus ran into a pod of adolescent sauropods making their way through the forest to the nearby clearing. The Compsognathus continued along, being mindful of the stomping feet of the sauropods Later, the Compsognathus encountered the same Neovenator, sleeping from a long day of hunting. The Compsognathus was careful to keep it's distance from the sleeping giant. not wanting itself to become an evening snack for the predetor. However, a loud growl from the half-asleep Neovenator sent the compsognathus into a panic, hurrying out of the area.

Night - 10:45 PM

The Compsognathus arrived at its shelter, and just in time, as the nocturnal predators had just started to come out. The Compsognathus entered its shelter, and proceded to go into a deep sleep.
